Stayed Apr 20, 2024Fantastic rental minutes away from downtown Fruita and super convenient when you want a local beer, pizza, coffee or a bike shop. Loved the country setting, quiet, beautiful and spacious. Had everything we needed to relax.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Went for ROAM fest and to ride 18 road trails. This spot is perfectly central to all of the good mountain bike trails in the area plus a close drive to downtown. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed! I have stayed here twice!!
