Stayed Aug 21, 2020I wish there were words to say how wonderful this stay really is. Start with great parking spot, very private, three outdoor patio locations, state of the art full kitchen, including my personal favorite ice maker in the freezer, Cal King Bed, large shower with 40 gallon dedicated water heater, short hike to the beach and about a mile walk to Carlsbad village. I guess I should have started with how friendly and accessible Ed and Jill the owners are. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had a great vacation. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

Stayed Sep 1, 2025This was an incredible place to stay. It had everything I needed, it was incredibly close to the beach, and it was a great way to enjoy Southern California. The hosts are wonderful people and made it that much more enjoyable. I am hoping to come back in the future!

Stayed Aug 1, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay! The studio is an easy walk to the beach and situated in a nice neighborhood. It’s been well kept, clean and very well equipped. Ed and Jill were most accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable. We will be back!

Stayed May 21, 2025Place was clean well stocked with whatever you would need to go to beach, stay in and cook. they only draw back was the TV would not load any channels! Had my son who is very savvy at thus and he could not figure it out! Over all it was a great place would definitely stay again!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Nice studio apartment close to the beach. The only problem was on days it was warm, the apartment was very warm late into the night. There is no air conditioning and you can’t really keep the windows open because of the frequent train whistle early in the morning especially.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Property is clean, convenient and easy to access off the freeway Property owner was easy to get ahold of as we had Crowd Strike hit and our flights were cancelled and we were stranded additional days. Would recommend.

Stayed May 8, 2024Cozy, cute, sun dappled and lovely. We truly enjoyed our stay. My partner had some issues with the train tracks being so close at night but a few ear plugs and she was fine. Thank you for letting us enjoy your lovely space.
