Charming studio with pier on Mobile bay

This was a great property and we loved the pier. Does not have a kitchen and as stated the bathroom and shower are open to the one room. Great for the price. The bathroom and kitchen share a sink with hardly no room to put toiletries. When you take a shower you have to put your clothes on kitchen table or the floor. No light in the bathroom. You have to watch tv from the bed but only one pillow provided per person to prop yourself up with. You can only do one appliance at a time like wait to use the microwave after you make your coffee and the air was either freezing or hot. The bed was nice and comfy. Great place and great location but so much could be done to improve. We were there for the pier and the beach so we didn’t care about the little things but know before you go.

Owners live upstairs. nice cozy setting for a reasonable rate. .

Clean, easy access, great location with beautiful private dock. The room is small but very clean, quaint and quiet. It’s a great place to stay if you enjoy the area would be comfortable with having one bed with a shower and bathroom in the same room like an open ceiling stall or out house.

The studio was small and cheaply done. Misleading as the property description states it has a kitchen. In reality it has a small/ loud refrigerator, small microwave and even smaller toaster oven. Oh and a coffee maker. No actual pots/ pans/ dishes/ metal flatware/ etc. The area is nice and would have gotten a much better review if it weren't for the fraudulent practice of there's rules you must sign that you won't see until IT'S TOO LATE FOR A REFUND. They don't want you to have alcohol or kids on their dock while you've surrounded by several adjacent docks full of children and grownups having adult beverages.

The property had a beautiful view. I saw dolphins in the early morning hours while sipping coffee freshly made. Very serene. I did hear the guests on the floor above but that did not concern me much as I am an early riser. It would be nice to have local channels on the television as storms can come and go so quickly over the bay.

Our stay was quick but very impactful! We were truly taken back by the beautiful bay. I am pretty sure we saw 100 pelicans. The sunset was dreamy. The studio space itself was very practical and had all necessities for our stay.

Everything was lovely, perfect for us. Bed was comfortable, I forgot our pillows but the ones here were perfect! The kitchenette was perfect for us. Coffee & supplies was appreciated! Host was friendly and very polite. The only suggestion we can make is the bathroom door needs adjustment to open & close easily. Also, bring your own wine glasses . We can recommend this little gem.

This was the perfect weekend get away! We loved getting to enjoy our meals by the water and the location in Fairhope. The only con to our stay is that the bed was uncomfortable, but that is a personal preference.

The unit was spotless and stocked with hotel-level amenities, including quality linens, toiletries, and thoughtful touches that made the stay comfortable. Check-in was simple, communication was clear, and the space worked perfectly for a relaxing, hassle-free visit. Would stay again.

This is a great place to stay! The description and pictures are spot on. We really enjoyed being on the bay and access to the pier for sunset-watching. And the sunsets are amazing across Mobile Bay.

This little studio apartment for our short trip!

This is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway for one or two people. I wanted to watch the waters of Mobile Bay and relax to celebrate my birthday. I achieved my goal. The highlight of my visit was watching the playful antics of a pod of dolphins at the end of the property's pier. The room itself was clean and comfortably furnished. Check-in and check-out were simple and quick. The hosts were accommodating, mailing me an item I left by mistake. I will make an effort to stay here again.

The Studio was just right for a quick stay. It was clean and comfy with all you need available. I enjoyed the Pier as well. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
