Centennial Hills Luxury Guesthouse In Northwest Las Vegas

We stayed here for 2+ weeks and it was everything that was advertised. Clean, super quiet and a very comfortable king sized bed. Tracy and Matt provided detailed instructions prior to our arrival and responded quickly when we had a question. I would highly recommend this place and will most definitely check into staying here the next time we are in Vegas.

It's a cute little place. Perfect for a couple very private never even saw owner while we were there. Great location close enough to the strip to still visit but far enough away for comfort and security. My only complaint is that it could use new sheets towels and pillows

I had the very best time. So relaxing and inviting from the beautiful bedroom to the back yard patio. I felt so safe I slept like a baby! I will definitely be going back in a few months.

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute guesthouse. It was just the right size for two people, very clean and well equipped. The area felt safe and was very quiet. Our host was very responsive, reaching out several times to make sure everything was okay. We didn't use the kitchen except for breakfast since we were in town visiting family for the holidays, but it appeared to be well stocked. We especially appreciated that little things like coffee and cream were provided, and it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We would definitely stay here again when in town visiting family. Thanks!

Well equipped, clean, quiet, restful and comfortable. It was an ideal base for us for our climbing in Red Rock Canyon.

North of the Strip, yet close enough (with rental car) and easy access to Valley of Fire S.P. and Zion/Bryce N.P.Quiet neighborhood setting (grocery stores close by).Perfect place for 2 people. Would stay here again - in a heart beat!

Excellent place to stay while visiting the Las Vegas area. Clean.Quiet. Nonsmoking. Kitchen well stocked. Safe and nice looking neighborhood. Convenient to grocery shopping, gas stations, expressway. Private off-street parking right next to entrance. Great communication with owner. No surprises. Tidy. Highly recommend. Plan to stay here again when return to Las Vegas.

What a welcoming place to stay. Had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. The hosts are very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

This plqce is 10 stars. The property is beautiful and the hosts are the nicest people. Their communication is above and beyond. They responded very quickly to all questions I had. I wouldn't stay anywhere else every time I travel to Las Vegas. This is home away from home. It's about 20 minutes from the strip. Shopping is close and a great Trader Joe's just down the street. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to Vegas. Oh, and parking is right outside the front door. Couldn't be any more convenient.

We came to visit family and this location in the northwest part of town was perfect for us. The casita was roomy for the two of us and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The hosts, Tracy & Matt, ensured we knew how to contact them if it was needed. It was a most enjoyable stay and we plan to return at our earliest opportunity. Thank you very much, Tracy & Matt!!!

Wonderful, comfy and roomy guesthouse! Comfortable king bed, roomy bathroom with great shower, full size kitchen with everything you need, living space with couch, great private outdoor space, in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located near freeways. Hosts are quick to respond and accommodate. I would highly recommend this home away from home and would definitely stay here again

We were in town for EDC 2025 and the location couldn’t have been better. It was close enough to the venue and the Las Vegas Strip for all the fun, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. There were also great restaurants nearby that weren’t packed from all the people coming into town for the festival.We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful unit! The space was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen came in handy for quick meals. We also really appreciated how peaceful the area was—it was the perfect place to unwind. If you like to party but prefer to recharge somewhere calm and quiet, this spot is perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! On top of all that, the host had great communication—super responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from start to finish.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The place was exactly what we needed! It was quiet and comfortable, with plenty of space for my partner and me. We especially enjoyed spending our evenings on the back patio. The bed was comfy, and the location was a great distance from Red Rock Canyon, which made it perfect for our climbing trip. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy’s property! Super clean with everything you need. The little backyard is very peaceful and a great place to sit in mornings and evenings. It’s only about 25 minutes to the strip, and also close to countless hiking opportunities in the area. Highly recommend taking time for a hike, and there are many hikes of all difficulties close by.The neighborhood was very quiet, and also easy to get in and out of for trips to the store and restaurants. There are many great places to eat within 15 to 20 minutes!We will be sure to come again when in the area!

My 16-year-old son and I stayed in this immaculately clean luxury guest house while we were visiting family in the area. This is a cozy one bedroom place, but the hosts provided a very comfortable air mattress for us and the space worked perfectly for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the hosts respond quickly if you need anything at all. They even have a charcoal grill in the private back yard space. The location is perfect, in a quiet residential neighborhood, with easy access to the strip and also Lake Las Vegas. The booking process and check in/out was effortless. I recommend the Centennial Hills Luxury Guest house without reservation and would definitely stay here again.

This property checked all the boxes I want in a rental. Clean, safe neighborhood, quiet, fair price. Owner was quick to respond pre-visit. Home was comfy and outdoor sitting area was nice. Close to Red Rock Canyon, 15-20 minutes from the Strip and lots of shopping and restaurant choices. Five star from us!

Can't say enough about this rental. The property, the location, the amenities, the price... it was all above and beyond what I was expecting. Other than daily room service, there isn't one thing any hotel in Las Vegas would have had over this property. Plenty of space, full kitchen, living room... K-Cup coffee maker with some sample pods helped start the morning. Central air with ceiling fans helped keep the place nice and cool. The washer/dryer was a nice addition, since it meant we didn't have to pack so many clothes for the trip. Wifi was good enough to stream Netflix, so no problems there. If there was one thing I would add to this rental, it would be a TV in the bedroom. But honestly, that's nitpicking. When we come back to Vegas, we'll be looking this property up again. Thank you to our host for such an amazing first-time VRBO rental experience.
