Casita Cottage in Las Vegas! Relax and enjoy with our private paradise pool.

Amazingly experience

This is a cute little cottage that has enough space for two people but I don't know if it would be large enough for more than that. There was a small fridge, coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven so plenty of opportunities to make your own food. The only problem we really had was the internet was often cutting out while we were trying to watch shows but most of our time was spent outside of the cottage so that was only a small pain point. There was an issue with communication but that was not on the owner, it was on the VRBO app and she was quick to respond once we switched to text. The pool is not heated so it is not usable unless you're coming in the summer when it is naturally warm. Great little place to stay if you want to be away from the chaos of the strip but close enough to get to just about anything.

The place was great. In my opinion the owners shpild introduce themselves. We didnt mind and actually enjoyed roxy, but to give notice of her and her name would of been good headsup. The bar area wasnt wipped down. Overall a decent place and would recommend. Just heads up about dog and clean the bar and pool.

I had such a great time here, the place was super nice, the people were even nicer. Definitely, 100% will be coming here again. Absolutely loved it!

The cottage was a bit smaller than what we envisioned, but our two teenaged grand daughters and us thoroughly enjoyed the property. Especially our welcoming hostess....Roxy!! The neighborhood was very nice and was located close to many amenities. Thumbs up for the vacation rental!

We enjoyed our stay at Leslie’s guest house. It was very roomy and comfortable. Plus, a hot tub was an additional plus. Leslie was very responsive for any questions we had. Would definitely stay again if ever in the Vegas area.

This place met all expectations (off the strip but close enough for Lyft, clean, safe). The host was amazing and super responsive. The casita and backyard were beautiful and perfect. Would stay here again!

the cottage was perfect for me and my son for a weekend in vegas for a soccer tournament. Leslie and Jon were super communicative and helpful in getting the hot tub heating on request. Very nice property.

Small but cute, the backward offers a pool and a spa.

My husband and i had a great stay with Leslie. The backyard is amazing with the pool, hot tub and water slide. There were grills and towels and floaties. The Mother inlaw suit is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had a great time. It did take about 30 min to the strip but Lyft worked perfectly.

Had a very nice stay at this casita cottage. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. We didn't have an opportunity to use the pool, but it looked very inviting.

Super place to stay in Vegas. 20 minutes to the strip. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Perfect 10 from us!

Wonderful little spot with so much to do in town and a wonderful cool vibe when you're just there chilling. Our Host dog Roxy checked on us multiple times and made sure we were happy with her services! She got all the loves!
