Stayed Oct 16, 2025Serene, beautiful property and neighboring orchard. The hosts thought of everything! Many little extras. Book of activities & restaurants, games, lovely views, great location - rural, but close to both Palisade and Grand Junction. Host was super nice, welcoming, and enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 19, 2025My close friend and I had a girl's get-away and enjoyed the wineries, good conversation, and this wonderful house! We really appreciated all the clear labeling and instructions, and the house is so comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The location is great, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating and views. We will definitely come back here and next time bring our husbands! :-)

Stayed Sep 13, 2024The Blue Door Farm is a really wonderful place. We only stayed for one night because we were doing the Tour of the Moon in Grand Junction, but we wished we could stay longer (and probably will next year!). The house is perfectly sized for 4 people, super neat, well put together, and possibly the most peaceful VRBO I've ever stayed in. The cool night breezes and sounds of crickets were ideal for sleeping. We're definitely coming back next year, given the opportunity!

Stayed Oct 19, 2023Blue Door Farm vrbo was absolutely perfect for our visit. It was 15min to CMU campus, it was quiet and surrounded by orchards and farm land. For us it felt right at home. The property mgr was extremely nice and very helpful. It was very clean, kitchen and bath was well stocked, parking was efficient, and beds were very comfy. We will definitely be staying there if it’s available for our future visits to visit our son.
