The living space has a couch and seating area, and the kitchenette includes a sink, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, and basic utensils.

A quick note so expectations are clear: this is not a full kitchen. There is no stove, oven, dishwasher, or laundry. It is best for guests who want a clean, private, well-located place to sleep, shower, work, stream, make coffee, store leftovers, and head back out into the neighborhood.

Guests enter through a shared exterior entrance, then use a private code for the flat’s separate door.
