The website said that the location was Behind the Maire in Savigny. We came off the A89 to head south to Savigny. After traversing many farm tracks and minor roads eventually ending up at Savigny. We could not find the address there behind the Mārie and in desperation rang Madame Boisel for directions from the centre of Savigny. Although I speak a little French we could not understand each other. However her so who spoke English got us to put our iPhone on FaceTime and turn it round to see the road we were travelling on. He guided us on a minor road for about 2 miles NW of Savigny and the finally up a steep farm track for half a mile to arrive at the property which was a newly converted farmhouse and outbuildings. While our en suite bedroom was clean and prettily decorated, we had no duvet and one very thin nylon blanket which exactly fitted the bed but had no overlap to tuck in. We had shared kitchen facilities. If you were looking for a very peaceful, beautiful place to chill out then this is a good place. The description of its location needs to be far more honest and accurate though I appreciate it might put some people off.

Beautiful little bed and breakfast 45 minutes from Lyon. We stayed one night and had a lovely time. It was a bit difficult to find but super relaxing and beautiful! Thanks for having us.
