This is a private living space (500+sqft) located in rolling hill scenic area of san jose called silver creek and also goes by evergreen area. It is complete with living, bedroom, nook for eating and an attached bathroom. We have left a treadmill for you in case you decide to work out in the evenings. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful place. The room is in the backyard surrounded with trees and beautiful landscaping. Within 1-2 miles you have access to restaurants.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025Lovely private roomy guesthouse. Owner was attentive, easy to reach and personable. With limited options in this area, it was convenient and perfect for our needs. You do need to bring consumables like coffee pods, The furniture has been updated (exercise equip no longer in room) & is comfy.
