This property was absolutely excellent. First of all, the check in was much easier than most and the property was beyond beautiful. This is a great place for someone looking to tour the city or just to stay tucked away. Would absolutely visit again

First impressions were okay, but we would pick something else next time.It was small and simple and better suited for two people rather than four. The hot water was hot and the AC was fully functional. On the surface it looked clean when we arrived, but plan to eat out rather than cooking in. Sleeps four if two people want a tight squeeze on a not so flat fold out sofa. Grill was too dirty to want to cook on with no grill brush to clean it up with. The cupboard and drawer were short some plates and forks for four people. Shampoo in the conditioner dispenser and conditioner in the shampoo dispenser (not a problem once you realize.) Under the bed needs a serious vacuum job. The dust bunnies were real. There was an iron, but no ironing board. The ice box in the fridge was literally an ice block that needed a serious defrosting to be able to put anything in it. The TV was small. It's not likely that someone would be looking in the back or side windows at night, but no curtains or blinds on them make you wonder. We certainly could have asked to host for some of these things to be sorted while we were there, and the fact that we didn't is on us, but we didn't feel like it was worth the hassle.

The place was like an apartment on the side of house. It was done with good quality like the main house. Beautiful setting of the outdoors from the patio. I’d stay there again on my next visit. Not too many extras as far as things in the kitchen.

This place was perfect for our needs! Very small kitchenette but we didn't need to cook. AC, TV, and a large bed. We really enjoyed the outside balcony; we were freely able to do some astral photography from the huge balcony. Overall a good stay!

This property was located in a lovely neighborhood and very quiet. The location and property is ideal for weekend stays in the area and Cedar City is close enough to Zion National park without paying extremely high prices. We drove to Springdale and Zion National Park everyday, it was about a 1 hour drive, but it was such a beautiful drive you never felt like it was an hour. The price to stay at this property was super fair. Great Stay!

I had a nice stay at this property. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood tucked at the bottom of the mountains. Quiet and peaceful made for a good night's sleep, on a very comfortable bed. The décor was beautiful and the house was private. Very clean and comforting. I would stay again.

We got there at night but it was easy to find and some lights had been left on for us which was nice. Instructions for parking and entering were very clear. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and great for 2 people.

Pros: location is great, it was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, has great ac, the place is spacious, the neighborhood is very walkable and good hiking trails less than a mile away, it was so peaceful, had a homey feel to it, it was mostly clean, really has everything you could want or need, I unfortunately got locked out at 11pm at night as I didn’t have my phone and was exhausted so I forgot the code, I thought I was going to have to sleep in the car. Regrettably I had to bother Jessica and she got up at that late hour to let me know what the code was (so sorry)! I was there for 4 days and nights for work and it was the perfect spot to relax at the end of a long day. I mostly have only good things to say and would absolutely recommend to anyone. Cons: though it was quite clean it was also pretty dusty, there were a lot of cobwebs and a few spiders, and a strong smelling cleaning agent that 99% of people would likely find pleasant smelling - benefit of vrbo is I could open up windows and one of the doors to let fresh air in the smell faded rather quickly after that except for in the fridge, there is no fixed shower head so showers were a smidge tricky. The benefits far outweigh any drawbacks. Way better than a hotel.

The property is nestled up against the natural beauty of the foothills, and it is beautiful. We appreciated the privacy of our apartment. The living area was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We didn’t mind the stairs inside the apartment leading up to the living area, but realize some people with mobility issues may struggle with them.

My son and I stayed here before skiing at Brian Head. The place was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable, and the separate living room was great for the two of us. It was located in a beautiful neighborhood in the hills of Cedar City, making it convenient, but also quiet. Communication was excellent and the rate was very reasonable. We’ll stay there again the next time we ski!

Nice quiet neighborhood and comfortable place to stay for skiing at Brian Head for a couple of days. Everything was like the pictures and description showed. The kitchenette was very useful for grilling dinner after skiing and fixing an easy breakfast in the morning.
