Stayed Jun 21, 2023When I contact the host on the checkin details 2 hours before the checkin time, she told me the property was doubled rented and left me with no place to stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I come to Jacksonville for an ongoing academic program, and this is within walking distance, which makes it an ideal base camp. The neighborhood is quiet, shady, and there are some eateries in walking distance. On this visit I ended up in the front house, so I got a bit spoiled, but the guest house is great, too, especially if you are traveling solo.

Stayed Mar 25, 2019I'm a computer consultant working with healthcare networks and have clients in Jacksonville. I'm always looking for options other than hotels for extended lodging, since my contracts often run several weeks to months. Although I only stayed at this property briefly because it was already booked, nevertheless I can definitely recommend it to to other business travellers like myself. It only has one twin bed, so it's just for a solo individual, but that's perfect for some of us. It's otherwise basically a one-room efficiency apartment. But it's very QUIET, with lots of big shady trees about. The location makes for very quick access to downtown, including several hospitals and the MD Andersen Cancer Center, plus all of the wonderful restaurants in the San marco district just up the road.
