Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved staying at Kathleen’s cottage. The location was ideal, the views beautiful and the cottage even more charming and spacious than we expected. We are so glad we found and selected this cottage for our summer vacation destination.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This beautiful cottage was everything and more. Waking up in bed and looking out the window at the harbor with sailboats in the water was picturisk. The cottage had everything that we needed and Kathy the owner could not do enough for us. Very very nice people. The cottage was immaculate and bright. The town of Cotuit was quaint and quiet and off the beaten path and away from any traffic congestion. I would definitely recommend this cottage to any of my family and friends and I would definitely stay at the cottage again. Pat

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a great cottage on the water with a wonderful backyard and easy access to the harbor and many great activities! The property is well maintained, the owners are great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you haven't been to Cotuit, it is a hidden gem, and this particular property is just fantastic. We will absolutely return to this location for years to come.
