Agoriani Art Suite - 4 seasons' natural living

In the most beautiful amphitheatrical neighborhood of Lilaia (Kato Agoriani or simply Agoriani for the locals), at the foot of Mount Parnassos, under the rocks, we created a special guest house, Agoriani Art Suite, with respect to tradition, using stone and wood and we decorated it with love, with many personal creations!
The space
The house has a spacious living room, with a sofa of six seats in front of the minimal - modern fireplace, flat-screen satellite TV and stereo (radio - cd).On the other hand, an electric piano is waiting to offer its melodic notes to the group of guests. In the decorating window, next to the fireplace, you will see our collection of about 20 scales, collected one by one from all over the world.
In the open space with the living room, is the dining room with 6 seats (extending to 8 or 12) and the well equipped kitchen.
While, the two external doors in the living room, lead respectively to the two large verandas, that of the entrance which is covered and the other with the pergola and the arbor.
A small corridor from the living room, leads to the master bedroom, the bathroom and the second room. This one has: twin beds that turn into a queen's size ultra-double bed, a loft with a double bed, which is accessed by a nautical ladder (adored by children and not only!), A hanging (half way) child's bed and a desk for work.
Next to the dinning area, the staircase (with duck's step) leads downstairs to the small cellar, the second bathroom, with shower and the 3rd bedroom.
We can accommodate up to 8 people, plus a baby and a child.

The adventure of Covid-19 in Greece, and around the world, significantly changed our daily lives! What matters is the continuous treatment of the situation with the maximum possible individual and collective responsibility!
In Agoriani Art Suite we have incorporated (in the already strict cleaning procedures that we follow from the beginning of our operation), the instructions of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as those of the National Organization of Public Health of Greece (EODY) .
The cleaning of our sheets is done in our washing machines at temperatures above 60 degrees. The disinfection of the upholstery of sofas, chairs, covers, mattresses, curtains, waste baskets, kitchen, sanitary ware, etc., is carried out with a steam cleaner that kills 99.9% of viruses and bacteria. In addition, the other surfaces, with emphasis on switches, knobs, handles, remote controls, etc., are disinfected with a bleach solution. For this purpose, a suitable Cleaning Check List is used.
A wall dispenser with an alcoholic antiseptic solution (70%) has been installed next to the entrance and we provide free disposable gloves.

We provide excellent quality, white cotton sheets (with satin stripes) and pillowcases, duvets and duvet covers, upholstery, face and bath towels.

There is full possibility for work from home, with main feature the reliable and continuous Internet (Wi - Fi), with speeds reaching 50mbps, while the coverage is provided in all indoor and outdoor areas of the accommodation. The desk in the second room is equipped with a notebook and pen, while an HP Printer with Scanner and Copier is available, suitable for direct and easy Wi-Fi connection with Smartphone, Tablet or Laptop, or for printing by sending an e-mail to the printer. A mouse with a USB cable and mouse pad for your Laptop is also available. If you wish to have a video conference, we may provide you with the HDMI cable (5m), to connect your Laptop to the TV.

The house has full baby's equipment: a playpen, a children's dining chair, high chair and stool, changing table, 2 sons - son, blankets, sheets and pillows.
There is a professional hair dryer, a fairly well-organized pharmacy with all the basics, and access to a washing machine can be provided.

Agoriani Art Suite has as heating system, a radiator with boiler for hot water (electric back-up), a kerosene backup stove, a powerful air conditioning unit and ceiling fans. The kitchen has an electric oven with ceramic hobs, dishwasher, espresso, filter and frappe coffee machines. Its equipment includes a complete set of dishes, glasses, cutlery, as well as pots, pans, pans and everything else a kitchen needs. There is a charcoal grill on the terrace.

In terms of safety Agoriani Art Suite has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, a fireproof blanket, safety lights (fixed & mobile with autonomy of up to 10 hours in case of power failure) and a backup generator.
