Adorable 1bed 1 bath guest house

The apartment was perfect for us! It was clean and spacious and very well appointed with everything needed for the few days we were here. Samson was very accommodating and even allowed us to check in early. We will definitely stay here again as our daughter will be in law school near by for the next 3 years.

Our stay was perfect. The accommodations and hosts were excellent. Will definitely consider it again if/when coming to orlando.

We had a great stay. Tons of room for my son and me to spread out and do some remote work/school work. If the 2 of us come back would stay again

What a great find this is. Our hosts Samson and Sunny and their children made our stay feel special. We stayed for 3 weeks over the Christmas and New Year's holidays. It was decorated so sweetly! They frequently checked in and asked if we needed anything. The property is as listed, spotless, comfortable and plenty of space for a couple. Loads of closet space in bedroom and the king bed was glorious! Bathroom with excellent water pressure & enough hot water for multiple showers. Full kitchen to prepare meals. Washer/dryer a bonus. Lovely wooded & quiet property complete with the most adorable kitty, Tux.Highly recommend. Thanks for an amazing stay!!

Quiet, clean, and a great space. Hosts were very communicative and had everything we needed. Better option when visiting our college son than a hotel in that area.

This property is among the cleanest of any VRBO's I have stayed at across the country. Second time staying here, and no longer even bother looking for alternatives. Hosts are extremely responsive and at the same time non-intrusive. The property is very well appointed with adequate closet space, plenty of towels and body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The King Size Bed with ceiling fan provides the most comfortable sleep. Having stayed here twice, have no reason to look at any alternatives. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

As always Samson and Sunny make the stay feel like a home away from home. The property and their hospitality are never a disappointment; we feel so welcome and always want to make this our choice for the two of us.

Very nice place to stay and plenty of room for our dog. It was very clean and bright and away from the busyness of a hotel. It’s a lovely little place away from home.

Wow! What an unbelievable place. The location was super quiet, super clean and super affordable. I normally stay in local hotels in the area but decided to try this place. As long as this home is available I will not stay at a hotel. The host were very easy to communicate with and accommodate my last minute stay. They also added a personal touch to my stay which meant a lot to me. Thanks again and I will for sure see you again.

Our hosts Sammy and Sunny were so wonderful and our stay was perfect. From the personalized note at the entrance to the snacks and waters they left for us; so great! Every morning when we stepped outside Sammy was around with a cheery “good morning” we even got to know their dog Cami! Lovely people, lovely place. Thank you for everything!

Samson and Sunny clearly put in the effort to make sure I felt welcome during my stay. The check in and check out processes were very simple (not always the case with properties!) which I really appreciated.

Hello. I stayed here with my son, while we were visiting my daughter and her husband and daughter. It's close to her house, so a very convenient location for us.

I needed a place to stay while my house was being worked on and going to stay here made that experience a little easier for me. And for the price it feels like a great deal for what you get

This place was great. It was really clean, and had everything I needed and more. The space was open and delightful. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I unfortunately had to cut my stay short due to Hurricane Milton, so was very disappointed that I could not stay the whole time. Would definitely stay again. I do recommend maybe adding a dish-drying rack, unless I just didn't see it. Thank you Samson!

I was here to visit our daughter and grandson just 12 minites away. Place is immaculate and very well furnished. Overslept two nighrs in a row because king size bed is so comfortable. Host was extremely responsive. Will definitely be back. booagain

We were visiting our daughter in the area and stayed 5 nights. The home is very clean and very quiet. I loved that the main bedroom had blackout curtains and it was dark and comfortable to sleep in. We would definitely stay again!
