5 STAR LAS VEGAS PLACE

Nice place, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to everything too so there is not much travel time to get to where you want to go. Bedroom is close to the street though so if you are a light sleeper, it might keep you up.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The apt was stocked with a case of water bottles, coffee, chips and lots of stuff in the cabinet to enjoy. Eastern Ave runs paralle to the strip so it was very easy to find my way around and back to apartment. I brought my own car and there are free parking at The Treasure Island and circus Circus and easy enough to find off street parking downtown. The host was helpful with any questions I had. I will definetly stay here again. Thank you for the lovely stay

David, the host, was great! The apartment was spacious, well-stocked, clean, convenient, all around it was a great experience. David provided taxi service at a reasonable rate so we didn't need to rent a car nór pay for parking.

This property had everything you could imagine for your stay. Everything was immaculate! Close to everything! Would definitively recommend this place for you stay near Las Vegas!

Phenomenal host and place.

Excellent experience. Guesthouse was clean, fully equipped kitchen & laundry, bathroom & shower very good, bedroom quite small but the bed very comfortable. Only issue was w AC: it cooled fine but a bit touchy finding the exact setting & fan speed for consistent comfort. Parking no problem. Pretty close to LV strip (12-15'). Very good value, we would stay there again.

very nice place. The host was accommodating and timely when a small mishap happened regarding the Wi-Fi service. Excellent value for the accommodations, very close to the airport, convenient to both the airport and to the strip.

We had a great stay and we had everything we needed. The wifi network was only 2.4 Ghz, but at least we had something to connect to. Cozy bed!

The stay here was amazing, this property has a very cozy and welcoming vibe. It’s very comfortable and well stocked with anything you could need while staying here. It’s feels like you’re at your own home. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent value located close to the strip and airport.

We were very comfortable here. Small but cozy. The host was very nice and easy to reach. We would stay again next trip but we would definitely have a car. My husband is disabled and there was nowhere close enough for him to walk. Great stay. We felt very safe there.

David was a great host. He made sure we had all the information we needed before arrival and departure. The space was cozy, well furnished, and stocked with various household needs. We were in the middle of the main house and another listed and experienced no noise! We would stay here agian.

I wasn't able to go due to medical issues but it looks lovely.

David made sure I had everything I needed. The place was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was central to many places. Overall, a great experience.

Property was nice. I would stay again. Host was very accommodating and took great care of us.

I found the property very charming. There are sitting areas both out front and out back. I had some issues with leaking toilet and shower door which the landlord dealt with right away. The only suggestion I have is to clean the floors more thoroughly becasue they were dirty and to replacle the very worn sofa.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING. MANAGEMENT SAW TO ALL OF OUR NEEDS. WHEN WE RETURN TO VEGAS WE WILL DEFIINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN!

The place was clean and well kept, I didn't have any issues with noise due to location and it was easy to find and get to and from for the weekend. I really enjoyed my stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend to celebrate his birthday. Place is very convenient and close to everything. Clean and accommodating. Our host, David, was great! Over all excellent experience!

Snacks and plenty of bottled water in rental.

David was an amazing host who communicated well and in advance of our arrival. The property was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of places to visit in the area. The property was exactly like it was shown in the pictures. When we are in Vegas again we will definitely stay there!

This place is perfect for a single or a couple who want a comfortable place cloae to the strip, but not on it. Dave is a wonderful host. He immediately responded to our request for more coffee,. After being on the road for 2 months we appreciated the comfy recluners and DirecTV!minths, we appreciated the comfy recliners

Cozy and perfect! I enjoyed the property! Great seating & relaxing back yard. Safe and quiet property! About 20 minutes away from everything! Great location! Had minor quirks that were rectified or did t bother me. Eclectic decorations add to the charm. Bathroom was clean and stocked . Bed was comfy kitchen well stocked

Loved the property and the location. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. David was a great host, gave a proper tour of the house and all amenities on arrival, even though we didn’t arrive until after 8 PM. David was available if we needed something and was there to greet us on our departure. Would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again.

It was great the atmosphere was beautiful, quiet, peaceful and roomy. Clean and neat. I forgot where is was a couple of times at night. The bed put me straight to sleep. I will definitely stay here again and again.❤️

Clean property close to the strip without strip prices.

This property reminded of a little villa. The inside was so clean and decorated so cute. The area was very quiet, I slept so well. It had everything you needed. David, the property manager was so polite and the communication was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
