In short, whether you are coming to Sacramento for work or pleasure, there is no better place to stay!
I was in town for the Ironman race and this location was great. My adult daughter and I stayed for a week and it perfect. We had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Chris was very responsive although I didn't really need anything because everything was very clear and they had already provided everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend.
First time visitor to Sacramento and very glad to have found this place. Great location on easy bus routes (for me). The house is quiet with lots of room both indoors and out. Super hosts.
Second stay at this location. Convenient access to Old town, Amtrak, I80 corridor. Easy walking all the way to West Sac.
The guest house was an enjoyable stay. Bed was comfortable, house was clean, and surroundings quiet. It was convenient to have the use of a full sized washer and dryer. Neighborhood was nice to walk around and close to several good coffee shops. I was visiting friends and also did some sightseeing while in CA. I would stay in this guest house again.
My experience was great. I stayed in town for a work event. Chris is a great host and the Check in process was seem-less. Thank you ?
My wife and I spent a lovely week at Chris's property. We were in town for the Ironman. The layout of the place is really good, the beds were comfortable, and communication with Chris was great. There were restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and downtown was a short drive away. Would definitely stay there again!
The other reviewers were right- it is really more spacious than the pictures can show. Great location. Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. House is well-equipped for long-term stays. Would definitely stay again.
We stayed for a week to attend a class at the Hellenic center. We were able to walk to most locations. We did not need a car except for bringing home groceries. The accommodations are excellent. The beds were comfortable. The hosts are exceptional.
We felt very safe and welcome here. Great location to walk to various coffee shops and eateries. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
A nice place in a nice, very convenient East Sac neighborhood.
