The Achterhoekse Vakantieboerderij Pretoria is a real day-laborer's house, which has served as a holiday home for years. The farm completely renovated and equipped with modern conveniences. Holiday home Pretoria is centrally located in the Achterhoekse Landgoed, within walking distance of the centuries old country house and the beautiful Golf Course 't Zelle. Your holiday home is surrounded by a large lawn where children can play football and play. Because of the location of the farm, on twosides forest and a side meadow, you have a lot of privacy. The sun position is excellent. In addition, you have a sturdy fireplace in the garden to enjoy a wood fire all year round.

The layout of your farm is as follows: on the ground floor you have access to 2 bedrooms, 1 with en-suite bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and toilet, a spacious well-furnished living room with cozy wood stove and an open kitchen with all facilities. The patio doors to the terrace provide a wonderful outdoor feeling. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find two more bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. All bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be put next to each other.

In the utility room you will find a washing machine and a condenser dryer.

Of course you have a nice garden set and also two relaxed lounge beds at your disposal.

The house has bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor and is therefore perfectly suited for people who have difficulty walking. Unfortunately, it is less suitable for people who are bound to a wheelchair.
