Absolutely unbelievable stay! Second time staying, as the first time was so pleasant. The best host who thinks of everything and makes sure you have anything you could possibly need and goes above and beyond.

The property was even better than was shown in the pictures! My partner and I were looking for a place that was quiet yet still close enough to Fort Collins. This was perfect! The hosts are so kind and also very quiet. Karma responded immediately and everything you may need was provided. If you’re interested in wildlife, there are tons of different birds, bunnies, and deer. The residence is also very spacious and the hot tub was excellent! Thank you so much Karma and Ron!

We had an incredible stay at Bellvue Blue!!! Incredibly clean and so many details to tea and coffee station, incredible hot tub with view of the stars (luckily the weather cooperated)! We used hot tub both nights and it was amazing. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure and all the possibly extras of makeup wipes and shampoo and conditioner choices, body wash, etc. Beautiful drive to Horsetooth Reservoir, family that lived in Fort Collins, and attending my husband’s MBA Graduation at Blue Arena. Would love to stay here again.

Peaceful, beautiful property.

We needed a place to stay for about a week in Bellvue while in the area for a family reunion and other activities, and Bellevue Blue was perfect for us. Our hosts were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. There were even a few toys for the kids to enjoy. There was plenty of space in the cozy living room for my husband's brothers and their wives to join us for a visit. The kitchen had everything we needed and we took advantage of the grill, hot tub, and laundry facilities. We highly recommend Karma and Bellevue Blue, and would definitely stay again!

My family and I had such an amazing time here. The host is very responsive and kind. The jacuzzi was so relaxing with beautiful stars. We really enjoyed the bird watching in the morning aswell. Beautiful area and close to Fort Collins perfect destination.

Karma is genuine, kind and thoughtful! We felt like invited guests. The home is comfortable, quiet, adorable, and clean. The kids stayed occupied exploring the area, playing foosball, and soaking in the hot tub. Couldn’t have been happier!

I literally cannot say enough positive things about our stay and experience. The hosts are AMAZING, and so sweet. Went more above and beyond than any other VRBO I have ever stayed in, by a mile. The place was immaculate. You can tell they care deeply about their property and making their guests incredibly comfortable. So organized and so thoughtful in what they include in the house. They literally have every little thing you could need, and the decor and everything else makes the place so cozy. Feels just like your grandmas house. I will stay again 1000%, and cannot wait to do so. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!
