Stayed Apr 25, 2024Marvin was a great host, he goes above and beyond to make sure your stay was perfect and the house was immaculate! It was a huge space enough for our entire group to be comfortable and the 2 living rooms were a big plus. We loved having coffee on the peaceful back porch in the morning, and during the sunset. WiFi was fast and easy to connect. The location was awesome, we were in the middle of thousands of riding trails. Lots of parking for all of our trailers and toys. We will be back for sure!!

Stayed Apr 19, 2024House was big enough to accommodate our large group of friends without felling crowded. See we’re close enough to the Royal Blue trails to enjoy hours of fun and still have some downtime. We would definitely recommend and stay there again. Plenty of parking but would use the second entrance to enter the property.

Stayed Mar 11, 2024Beautiful home with lots of space for our big family. Well equipt, the house had everything we needed. The kids loved playing in the yard and roasting marshmallows on the fire. We look forward to going back!

Stayed Dec 29, 2023We had 6 people in our crew. 3 trucks with trailers. Parking was no issue and the property was in a great location for riding at royal blue and Tackett creek as advertised. We ended up riding Windrock from there as well. House was remodeled and beds were comfortable. Property owner communication was top notch. Only down side was limited phone signal and no WiFi. We came on a holiday weekend so that wasn’t much of a big deal for us as most people back home were out of office anyways.
