Well furnished, comfortable beds, very beautiful and private place in the country. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfectly relaxing home for our extended family with 5 kids. Had everything needed … and more! Loved the games and fun things to do inside and outside. And going in late September allowed us to enjoy the 50 migration monarch butterflies in the wildflower garden. Will certainly stay here again!

We are a family of 13! Some live in southern Illinois, others in Denver! Yoder is about half way between the two! We had a great week! Harley answered all of our questions concerning the house and even sent us pictures of the kitchen equipment and supplies! He was a great host! There was plenty of room both downstairs, upstairs and around the outside! We had a great week visiting Yoder, Hutchinson and Witchita!

The property was perfect for us with lots of room to spread out. Quiet but close to town with amazing sunsets. We stayed up late every night and didn't have to worry about keeping others awake. We never lost hot water even with eight people. Lovely place, will got back next time!! Thank you!!

Excellent location close to Wichita and Hutchinson and many local activities. Private, peaceful, rural location. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

We absolutely loved our stay at this unique, well kept home! It was perfect for a quiet, relaxed family get together. Family from multiple states met up to spend time together and the house was excellent for our gathering. It had plenty of gathering/hang out space, a large kitchen, good sized bedrooms and a large yard and outdoor patio. We cooked several large meals and spent most of our time enjoying the house, playing board games and yard games. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had leading up to the trip and during our stay. They were very clear and accommodating. The house was clean, private, had plenty of parking, had tasteful decor, and was located close to the cute town of Yoder. Hutchinson was just a short drive away with a few more activities. The value would be hard to beat! We would certainly consider staying here again! Thanks for hosting us!
