The house was spacious, beds were comfy, there were coffee pods available, lots of towels, and a cute farm house feel! The stay was perfect for my husband, me, and our three young children. It’s very close to our family, whom we were visiting, and we’re likely to use it again.

Everything was in good condition. The area is so peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. I would recommend staying here if you like to not be in the hustle and bustle of society.

This was our second visit. We really enjoy getting to be so close to our family in South Knoxville when we visit. This house gives us space and lots of sleeping options for our big family. The location is quiet and peaceful, but only a 10-15 min drive to everything you could want or need.

The host was very welcoming, she helped turn us around when we passed the driveway in the foggy dark night. Thank you! I have a sister with two VRBOs on her 10 acre farm in TX, so here are my suggestions as we’ve stayed all over the country as well as her 5 star property:The steps up to the porch could use a little more lighting as it was a bit hard to see at night. But the house was warm and cozy when we arrived. For an older home, it was fine and met our needs. But the amenities could easily be improved to make your guests feel more welcome. Providing a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap is a VRBO staple. No one could wash their hair or bodies after our long day of travel the first day of arrival. Having some throw blankets for the couches would help on chilly evenings. And the fly problem (in the master bedroom especially) needs to be cleaned right before guests check in - the window sills are a fly graveyard - so gross. I know it’s a farm house so flies are expected, but the cleaning could have been better. We had hoped for more farm life interaction based on website photos, but didn’t get to see much. My sister has hens too and she always leaves eggs in the fridge for her guests as a sweet gift for her guests (just a thought). We love the story of your family farm. And appreciate that you get to be here with your kids and grandkids doing what you love. A very sweet nostalgic spot.

The house was beautiful. Property was exactly what we were expecting. However. I’m not sure where the disconnect was between the host and her daughter. But the host was unaware of our stay & almost seemed like we were an inconvenience to them when we first arrived. ( I understand that she was unaware but for guests that traveled hundreds of miles with an elderly mother with us and a teenager. We were ready to be in the comfort of showers and rooms prior to eating dinner and the host would have preferred us to go to dinner so she could clean and prepare the house. ) I understand things happen and the couple were very kind and speedy at cleaning and making the beds up. But it seems from reading prior reviews as this is not an uncommon coincidence. I did find it a but offputting since I did message the host at the beginning of the week confirming dates to which they didn’t respond. But overall. The house was fantastic and it was exactly what was pictured. The host and her daughter need a better plan as to knowing their schedule though because we had booked almost a month maybe more prior so there should have never been any issues with knowing we were coming.

In town for son’s army commissioning and his and his girlfriend’s graduation. Her family from across the country was in town and they were having to drive 45 minutes to get to events. We were able to gather in the yard after graduation to celebrate the two graduates. We were able to pick up pizza and chicken from Walmart within minutes. Bring your chairs and enjoy the surroundings. Property manager right next door. This is not the place to have a lot of activity but just right to kick back and enjoy the surroundings and company. The house was big enough for our family and the occasional person needing bathroom. Thank you for helping us make this weekend special for our graduates.

We came for a volleyball tournament in the heart of Knoxville and the farm felt like it should have been 10s of miles away, but was a quick 11 minute drive. The owners were fantastic. My kids had the best time around the farm and were able to help with chores. The home was very clean and the area peaceful. Perfect place to retreat to after the busy pace of the tournament. We would go back.

Booked on 11/16/24 for 1/2/25-1/5/25. Arrived on 1/2/24 around 4:45 pm (posted check-in time 4pm). House was freezing, not cleaned since last inhabitant, beds were not made (no bedding in sight). Called host, introduced myself as her renter for the weekend to which she responded, I didn't know you were coming today. I was stunned and remained silent, letting her work through a solution. We needed to go to dinner and get groceries, so she said she would clean it herself while we were out, as her cleaning person hadn't shown. I guess she did remember that she had guests coming in. Anyway, she also said, we will make this right. We returned to a clean, warm home. This is our third time renting this property and nothing like this has ever happened. The property is comfortable and spacious. I waited almost a month before posting this review to see what making it right looked like. Apparently, it's simply an apology. I was looking for maybe a bit of a refund, like maybe the host fee. If the host had not been available, we'd have been in a dirty house with no bedding. I feel it's unprofessional to not provide some type of financial service recovery in response to this mistake.

We have stayed at Price Farm multiple times. It is very convenient to Neyland Stadium for football weekends. House is always clean and comfortable. Only drawback is the internet WIfi is really slow and would not be conducive for working remotely.

Our family stayed here for a wedding nearby. We loved having coffee on the porch in the mornings and seeing the animals. It was in a convenient location to the event spaces and downtown Knoxville. Owners were very responsive when an issue came up and we had questions. We would stay there again!

The Price Farm house was a charming stay. Comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch while listening to and watching chickens and goats across the road. It's peaceful location is a lovely contrast to the hustle and bustle of Knoxville. Highly recommend for a relaxing place to lay your head.

We really enjoyed our stay at Price Farms. The hosts were very kind and communicative. They answered all of our questions prior to our trip and they let our kids and grandkids play with the animals. They even let them bottle feed calves. The home was exactly as described. If we ever need a place to stay in the area again, we will definitely stay there. Very cozy
