Modern Farmhouse situated close to Athens and State Parks!

Host was amazing and always there if you have any questions. Definitely will come back if we do another project in Athens

We had a great stay! Everything we needed was provided and the house was cozy and comfortable. It’s close enough to everything you need but removed enough to feel peaceful. It was a great place to come back to after spending our days out. Our host was responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Athens area!

This home is very cozy and super pet friendly. I wish we had more time to play games at the extra large table or have a bonfire. So many areas to unwind with friends or family at the property. The owners were very quick to respond to questions. Check in and out were super easy. *There was no cell service for any of my group of 4 and wifi was laggy. Not the owners fault, this property is tucked away in a semi remote area. Perfect if you are wanting to unplug to relax.

Our family went to visit our 2 OU students for the weekend. It was our daughter’s 20th bday. We brought the grandparents and our 2dogs. We had the perfect amount of space for everyone. We had a great time sitting outside for a bit, playing games and just hanging out. Thanks for offering up your lovely home.

Very nice location and a clean house. Close to Athens. Very quiet area and easy to get to. Host was attentive to our needs.

We had an amazing day. The house was absolutely spotless. It was very well stocked with anything you might’ve forgotten - toothbrushes, razors, etc. There were coffee and filters in the kitchen which is greatly appreciated. The thing that stood out to me the most though, was how dog friendly the cabin is. For a small pet pee, the house can be set up to welcome your pet. There were covers on the couches, dog bowls with treats, poop bags, etc. We really felt like our dog was welcomed. This was a great homebase close to OU, and if our daughter chooses the school we will definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a girls reunion to OU and it was perfect! It's a quick drive to Athens and was very spacious. Very clean and exactly as described.

Our group of five had a wonderful girls weekend! Friends came in from WV to join my daughter and I. LOVE the close proximity to OU. We will be staying again!!
