This beautiful home had everything you could possibly need including an outdoor grill with a view of a lake and pasture with two horses that loved to be fed carrots. The swimming pool was spotless and warm, and the communication with the owner was absolutely perfect. A very quick response to any of my questions.

Spent a long weekend with a group of guys. Between the outside pond, pool, hot tub and fire pit there wasn’t enough time to enjoy all the fun and games in the basement arcade area. It was also a perfect spot for launching off to the bourbon trail, keeneland racetrack and even clay shooting. Everything was clean and updated and there is plenty of room. Not a negative thing to say about the property or the owner Aaron who responded quickly to any questions

We had a family gathering at this place and really enjoyed what it had to offer. We plan to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the pool and other outdoor activities. Looking forward to it!

Our family enjoyed five nights at this beautiful property. We enjoyed the pool, fishing, and wonderful memories made there. Our grandkids even got to pet and feed the horses! Aaron was extremely helpful in planning our trip and was a great host!

We stayed at this property for a friend's bachelor party weekend and it was perfect! Beautiful house with gorgeous views of a horse farm and pond out back and comes with a lot of privacy. Owners were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

The property was beautiful and had so much to offer. We had three families with children and teens and so much to do to keep everyone busy and entertained Fishing jacuzzi pool table basketball hoop (too cold for pool this time of year) but our favorite was the horses on site. They were amazing and loved all the attention (and carrots / apples) that we gave them. Such a cool experience as we are from Cali and don’t get this on a daily basis. The house is large so everyone had room to spread out ( kids loved the basement ) location was great - in the beautiful country with great views but close enough to Georgetown with restaurants and stores We went to Lexington and keeneland track and got the full experience. The owners were great and were accessible Great find for our Easter trip

I decided to rent this property due to the proximity to the Ark Encounter (25 minutes away) and the Creation Museum (about 45 minutes). I am so glad I did. The home was just as described. The property was secluded but still able to Doordash from Georgetown. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. Would definitely recommend this property if you need a place to stay in this area.
