Very nice property. There was a lot of room for a large group and the owner was quick to respond with any questions before the trip. Would 100% recommend

House was exactly what we needed for our large group. Host was great at communicating, house was clean, and property was perfect for the kids to explore and play outside. 10 minutes to the gondola at Killington was a huge plus. We will be back

-Host never sent access info causing a 2 hour delay to our entry.-Day 2 we ran out of heating oil. No heat or hot water. They did get heat on eventually, but no one could shower till morning.-BBQ is small and requires charcoal-House in general is very outdated and even small repairs are left undone.-I would most likely not stay here again or recommend this home to a friend

We stayed here for our annual ski weekend with a large group and the house accommodated us great! Loved using the jacuzzi, skating on the pond, and sledding in the yard. We’ll remember this spot if we come back to the Killington/Okemo area in the future.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a ski trip at Killington! We had a large group and this house was spacious and had a lot of rooms and beds to fit everyone comfortably. We cooked dinner one of the nights we stayed and the kitchen was well stocked and equipped with everything we needed. One thing to note is there aren’t toiletries or towels so make sure to bring your own. The host was very responsive and nice and provided all the info we needed for the stay!

We had a nice stay! Loved the property & area (lots of outdoor activities right near by), and Jeremy was very communicative. The house was spacious, and everyone thought the rooms were clean/beds were comfortable. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend anyone traveling in a larger group to stay here!

Easy check in and great WiFi. Host was quick on replying to all texts when we had them. We stayed in mid July and the temps were fine. The AC was sufficient, but upstairs we did need to use the fans and window units. If you will have more than 15 staying and intend on using the kitchen, make sure to bring enough plastic ware for eating. Since you are basically out in the middle of nowhere, make sure to either have everything you need food wise or count on driving back and forth to either Woodstock or Killington to restaurants and grocery stores. There are a couple within walking distance though from the house. The pond was enjoyable for the kids and dogs to play around in when needed.

My two daughters and their families (spouses and 7 kids) stayed for a week in this lovely place. The upstairs bedrooms were accessible from two staircases, and made a natural divide between families, with each reaching their spaces via a different staircase. The pond was a great hit with the kids (ages 2 to 10 years old) and the dog. We used the spacious grill to make s'mores on multiple nights. Both daughters grew up in the Upper Valley, and visited all their favorite restaurants, plus discovered new fun places to take the kids swimming. It was a great week for everyone.

The house is huge and has plenty of room for a big group. We stayed there for a ski weekend. Lots to like, but the house is older so you can hear just about everything going on from any room of the house, and since the house is old, the heat was either too hot to be comfortable or non existent in certain rooms. Pots/pans and knives in the kitchen could be replaced, not ideal if you’re trying to cook a meal for 10 people. The property manager was super quick to respond when we had questions and when we got hit with a big snow storm, we were plowed out in no time at all. Proximity to Killington was great, and not far from other gems. I bet this place is nice in the summer when you can take advantage of the yard and not need to rely on heat. Having to strip our own sheets before leaving is weird since there is a cleaning fee.One major con: they don’t provide any towels. For the price you pay, towels should be included.

This huge property was perfect for our group of friends. We swam, played in the barn, and enjoyed the massive lawn for sports and games. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us. The dining room was big enough for all of us to sit at the table and there were two working refrigerators for all the food and beverages we needed. After reading other review I was concerned about road noise and out of order bathrooms but those weren't an issue at all. The front porch can be noisy with traffic but everywhere else is nice and quiet. The bathrooms all work well, sometimes you have to flush twice. Overall it was an excellent, humongous space and was a great value for what we paid.
