The 3 bedrooms feature a king, queen, or full bed, with top of the line mattresses, high thread count linens, and luxurious pillows and duvets. The 2 full bathrooms are new with great water pressure and unlimited hot water.
The farm house is heated and air conditioned and features pure delicious spring water drawn from a hand dug well in 1870!
Situated on 2 acres the property offers 2 BBQ's a fire pit, Adirondack chairs and tables for dining alfresco. The back porch off of the dining room is set up with a wicker chaise lounge and chairs. It looks out to the barn, apple trees, stately maples and the vineyard. A perfect place to relax with friends!

Step inside to be transported to a bygone era, where historic features meet modern amenities. The farmhouse has been thoughtfully restored to incorporate modern farmhouse-inspired decor and design elements.

The fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated, featuring all new appliances and plenty of counter space to cook up a delicious meal. Serve your meals in the adjacent dining room, complete with a large farmhouse table and plenty of natural light.

After a long day exploring the Finger Lakes, retreat to one of the three cozy bedrooms, each furnished with European style plush linens, and bedding to ensure a great nights sleep! There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. One room offers a King Sized bed and the other room offers a Queen sized bed. The bedroom on the main floor can sleep 1 adult.The farmhouse has 2 full bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. The house is equipped with central air conditioning and the upstairs bedrooms each have their own cooling/heating units to personalize your temperature.

Relax in the living room with the TV or sit in a cozy chair and read a book. The living room and kitchen is open concept allowing for free flowing conversations between guests.

We've stayed here twice this fall and everything was lovely both times. Michael is very accommodating and responsive and the house has a great homey comfortable feel. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

This home is a little gem nestled of a quiet road - it was well-appointed with a comfortable quality and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and easy. Beds were comfortable, linens were crisp, and ambiance was great. Coffee and wine lovers will especially enjoy the kitchen. Also, all the pots, pans, spices, and cooking implements you could want. It was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Charming little farm home. Wonderfully appointed. Pressed tin ceiling, comfortable beds. Quiet locations. Very bucolic.
