Lovely 1940's farm house only 18 min (13 Miles) from Asheville. House is snuggled between three mountains on 136 acres of Farm Land and Forest. Note this is a working farm so you will have the potential to see Cows/Chickens. Large back yard for familys, including a fire pit in season. We rent the house vacation rental to continue to keep the original farm house in good shape for the future.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024My dad and I came to Weaverville for my Granny’s 97th birthday. I am so happy we found this property to stay at. It was only minutes away from her nursing home but it felt like staying in your own country retreat. It’s amazing to look out the window and see so much beauty and nature. The property was clean and well kept and the owner Rodney was a gracious host. He came to check on us the first day and was so patient with my 77 year old father who loves to talk. He let my dad ask him about every friend and family member he could remember from the 1960’s even though he couldn’t have even been born then. It really made his day. If we are blessed enough to get to spend her 98th birthday together we will be back next year.
