Stayed Dec 13, 2025Very good host. We stayed here because we had a party to go to and didn’t want to drink and drive. We wanted to pre funk and take a drink in the uber. I texted Michele and asked if she had any ice and disposal cups. She was there in less than 3min to help with TV. Marty was there about 2 min later with ice and solo cups. We will stay here again next year for Xmas party!! Thank you again.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025This lovely property fit all of our needs. We had two grandchildren staying two of the four nights with us, age 7, and 12. They enjoyed the kitties and the horses and the open areas. We were all quite comfortable in our little ‘home away from home’. We hope to return next time we come to visit.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025It's a really wonderful place, with a few cattle out the front door when we were there and a few horses in the rear. And a couple of the horses were positively friendly, and either really like being scratched and massaged around their ears, noses and jaws or were good at pretending. Nice peaceful immediate neighborhood too. Once you venture at all west or south, especially, you get into massive Phoenix-area sprawl.
