Farm House by River with trailer/RV parking(Pet Friendly including horses)

I recently hosted my daughter’s birthday party here, and everything was exceptional. This is the third time I’ve chosen this property for an event, and it continues to exceed expectations each time. The host is outstanding—always professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful in ensuring everything runs smoothly. The location is beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently close to everything. This venue has truly become my go-to for special occasions. Highly recommend.

A beautiful property with comfy rooms and lots of space for the dogs to get out and walk. Check in was east and our host very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. It is so peaceful and lovely!

Property was nice and the perfect size for our family.

We rented this home for my daughter graduation party. The yard is very big and the home is very comfortable makes you feel like your at home. I highly recommend this property. We will for sure return for other events or just for a nice get away.

everything was ok but the charger for cleaning and went I got to the house was not that clean. And the water stinks so bad that the house smells like eggs and the outside looks like somebody vomit and the not cleaning

I booked this place for an event. My son graduated and everything came out great. The house, the location the ranch, i mean everything about it is amazing. Would definitely give it a 10/10. Highly recommended.

This is my second time booking for an event & I recommend it 100%! We love that we can enjoy our weekend stay here as well when having an event right in the back yard! Jodie is a great host & is always attentive if we need something! Such a cozy spot.

We used this location for a grad party. It's close to town. It has a huge yard great for hosting! When it was all done me and my family spent the night. We would definitely recommend and use again for a large party.
