The original oak stud frame of the historic building from 1873 was preserved during the complete renovation and gives the apartments a very special atmosphere. The apartment 'Zur Obstwiese' offers 130sqm space for 6 people in 3 separate bedrooms. If necessary, 2 children can also sleep on a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms. Furthermore, it has 2 luxuriously equipped bathrooms with rain showers and a particularly large bathtub. There is also a separate toilet. The apartment is designed with a real oak floor. All rooms are heated by underfloor heating.

NEW: A Weber gas grill (Genesis 2) can be borrowed, if available. A grill is currently available for our three apartments. We are currently testing how this new offer will be accepted. If you want to use the grill, just let us know! A coal grill is also available.

Behind the house there is an orchard created with old varieties. Behind it are wide fields and then a large forest area that invites you to take long walks. Not far down the old road, past four more than 300-year-old thatched “Heuer houses” is the small forest lake “Möhlenbühlt”. From here you can explore the Ammerland parkland via the excellently developed and slope-free cycle path network.
