Experience Pisgah Forest charm near Dupont State and Pisgah National Forests

this was a nice place to stay. only suggestion is a tv in the bedroom.

We were very pleased with this property and the owners treatment.

We loved the farmhouse! It was beautiful, clean and in a peaceful setting. The king size bed had the softest sheets I’ve ever slept on and was incredibly comfortable. The swing on the front porch was delightful for hours of nature viewing. My husband and I loved having 2 bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we could ever need. The location was perfect as the town of Brevard was only 5 minutes away with food stores, restaurants and shops. Check in and check out were super easy and our hosts put in much effort to our comfort and pleasure with lots of fluffy towels and instructions for TV usage. The house itself is spacious and brightly lit and we loved the stone shower in the main bath. For a couple needing to get away and relax, the farmhouse is perfect. We hope to come back in the fall and enjoy it again.

This is the perfect cabin for people who love the great outdoors. You're not coming to the cabin to watch cable TV and play on a computer you're coming to this cabin to enjoy the hiking trails, the kayaking, the rock climbing and the beauty of God's creation all around you. It's so quiet at night all you can hear is nature. There are no lights to break the inky darkness of your sleep only the stars hanging in the sky.

Quiet spot just outside Pisgah Forest. Clean and roomy. Loved our time here!

Location was convenient to Brevard and DuPont Forest. Enjoyed my stay at the Farmhouse.

We had a great time everything was perfect. Host were easy to contact and were proactive with recommendations. My wife and I came to the mountains to find waterfalls and couldn't of asked for a more perfect home base, just minutes from both DuPont and Pisgah.

Great overnight getaway! Super clean, cozy, enjoyed sitting on the front porch for our coffee in the morning!

The house was great! Felt like home. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the amenities.

Great little out of the way farmhouse. Nice and quiet. Owner was very communicative and helpful.

Twice I have stayed here and used it as home base for doing day hikes in Pisgah Forest. Several trailheads just 15-20 minutes away.

The home was extremally clean, and well cared for. The host Mr Jr. was very helpful with the checkin & out process and areas to eat and lots of information on things to do while in the area. We will definitely vacation again with these folks.

Felt just like home. The farmhouse had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Host was very quick to respond to my inquiries. Communications were extremely easy. Just a short drive to town and excellent hiking trails and waterfalls.

We are from the area but moved away 38 years ago so we need somewhere to stay when we go home to visit my brother, sister and mom. The farmhouse was the perfect place. It’s cozy, very convenient to brevard and a very comfortable place for my wife and I to visit. The owner had great communication and some good breakfast suggestions. The farmhouse has all the comforts of home and is also very private. We will definitely try to book this one again!!

We came up for a long weekend. Loved the time we spent and thought that the house was perfect for our needs. One couple. Having two bathrooms was a plus. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was ideal. Super well-organized rental with all procedural and operational info provided as or before we needed it. Private. Cozy. Mountain “feeling”. We’ll be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely family room with very comfortalbe leather furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful linens. Loved the spices and coffee that was available to us. Hope to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the farmhouse. We only had 2 nights, as we were there for a wedding. We would definitely stay there again, because everything was clean and as described. The host responded to all our questions promptly as well.

We traveled to visit from friends in Etowah just after Hurricane Helene. The host were in communication with me about conditions and we were so happy things were pretty”back to normal” by the time we arrived 10 days after the area was hit hard. He even put us in touch with somebody who could supply our friends with with wood. We had a great stay! Also the location was close to the charming town of Brevard.

I stayed here as part of a three day hiking trip. It was a great location near Pisgah Forest. Convenient to area restaurants and Hendersonville. I would definitely stay again.

Very spacious rental, with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Comfortably furnished with leather sofas/chairs in great room. Two showers with lots of hot water, for after hiking. Bed was comfortable, with extra blankets for a chilly evening. We enjoyed being close to Brevard and Pisgah NF. We didn’t have time to enjoy the fire pit; but next time…

Enjoyed our stay in this nice, clean little farmhouse. Super convenient to DuPont and Brevard and is a perfect basecamp for excursions to the surrounding areas. The bike wash station was great and came in very handy. Also loved the porch right off the driveway...perfect safe spot for your gear. Wish we had time to stay more than 1 night. Will be back!
