Delightful Country Home in the Heart of Virginia Wine Country, tons of amenites

Lovely, quiet, private place to stay away from the maddening crowd. Twenty minutes from the venue we were attending and it felt like we were coming “home” each evening. Nicely appointed, clean and comfortable with plenty of space to meet individual needs. Loved the sunroom which was perfect for morning coffee and conversation. Very welcoming and appreciated the welcome note along with the s'mores basket for use around the fire pit. Great guest book including local recommendations. Would stay again for sure!

Absolutely beautiful home and property immaculately cared for. From the minute of pulling up until departing everything was just perfect. We were a family of 7 adults celebrating a wedding in Hillsboro, VA. The location is convenient to all of the amenities in Purcerville such as grocery store, cleaners for pressing dresses, hair and nail salon. Just a one hour drive allowed us to enjoy the DC area.The home itself is a wonderful space for a relaxing weekend. It was hard to leave. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Each of the 4 bedrooms were spacious and unique especially the master bedroom and bathroom which allowed all our daughters to get ready together as they prepared for the wedding. The hardest decision was which porch to use to enjoy a cup a coffee. Beautiful breakfast room surrounded by large windows to admire the amazing gardens. The owners Tom and Char are so gracious to share this wonderful property. There wasn’t one detail left out and they were so accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Tom was a great host to our family. We all came in from different parts of the country for a wedding. The house was very clean, quiet and peaceful in a natural setting. A great retreat after lots of family activities for the wedding. It was very convenient for our festivities at Otium Cellars. Close to Purcellville and Leesburg for great restaurants. Tom was so great to provide an airbed for one of the kids. He offered to make a fire for smores, but we just didn't have time with our schedule. We would definitely visit again!

This property was exceptional; everything about it was better than we expected and honestly this is the first time at a rental that i really felt like i should leave a tip because the entire experience was so exceptional. I didn’t though;) but you deserved one!!

Annual weekend trip with my 2 sisters and brother without our spouses or adult children. My brother recommended the area. We did a day trip to Harpers Ferry and another day trip to Middleburg. Both areas were beautiful. In the evening, we made good use of all the home had to offer including the downstairs entertainment area that included a ping pong table and theatre room. The sunroom was our favorite spot. Tom, the host was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Would return and highly recommend

We loved the house and all the nature. Deer, birds, foxes. Nice relaxing visit in a snowy woods.

I booked this VRBO for my family to stay at during my wedding weekend, and it was exactly what we needed! There was plenty of space for everyone and we had zero complaints. A personal favorite was the beautiful, relaxing sunroom - I wish I could live there everyday!

Perfect home for our visit to the area. Tom and Charlotte were very helpful and resonsive when needed.

This property is stunning and very secluded from the world. The photos accurately represent the place. The hosts were very responsive and respectful.
