Description

Splendid Umbrian rustic manor house located inside a property in the fine DOCG Sagrantino wine area. It can accommodate up to 5 people, has an equipped kitchen, independent terrace and has a 14x7 swimming pool shared with the owners' family and friends. The property has a size of about 10 hectares including DOCG Sagrantino vineyards, olive groves and truffle oaks. which easily allows compliance with the rules of social distancing provided for the prevention of COVID-19. Structures and commonareas are periodically subjected to sanitation. The main house is divided into two independent floors, the one in the present description is the upper floor. which has an independent entrance inside the property. The lower floor is not inhabited by the owners and is used as a warehouse.
The owners live in the adjoining villa about 20 meters from the main house and are always available for any need and information. They speak Italian, English and Spanish fluently.
For guests from 15 May to 30 September there is a 14x7m swimming pool. The swimming pool is not for exclusive use but is shared only with the owners' family and friends.

Excellent location to explore all that Umbria has to offer. Simone was very helpful with many suggestions of where to go and places to sample Umbrian cuisine
