Stayed Sep 25, 2025Perfect location to gas station, grocery stores, Buffalo Trail Restaurant, and ATV Trails. Nice house with lots of parking for trucks and trailers. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cottontail Farmhouse!! Very cozy, clean, and comfortable place. The host was very prompt with questions and super friendly. The location was so close to everything and there was plenty of parking for our trailers and sxs. We will be using this rental again in the future.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025Great property. Lots of room for ATVs, trailers, and trucks. Comfortably sleeps 8 with eight separate beds in four bedrooms. The house is about 3.5 miles from the entrance to Trail 10.
