Stayed Oct 10, 2025There was enough room for us all (7 people; 5 adults) to sprawl out and feel comfortable. Host was very friendly and attentive. Very comfortable arrangement that we didn't take full advantage of because we traveled to the surrounding areas every day. Pool was closed for winter, but we enjoyed the deck anyways. Very clean and well-stocked with basic amenities (towels, soap, shampoo, etc.)

Stayed Jul 30, 2024Eight of us plus an infant thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Powell farm! It was a perfect location and the house was great for our family needs. We swam in the pool every day! The house was spotless and the property was very well maintained. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Tennessee!

Stayed Mar 23, 2024We really enjoyed staying at his property. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is just as pictured in the photos, and I think the surrounding property/grounds is even better within the photos. If you're flying into Knoxville airport, it's in a perfect location, about 23 minutes from the airport, and just a few minutes from the Smokies (maybe 15 mins). The host, Amy, is super friendly and gracious.
