Awsome little house out in the woods with everything you would need even if you forgot to pack something. House was very clean and Josh was very fast at replying to my text about a simple AC problem. Watching the deer while in the hot tub was a big plus. Awsome house Awsome people!

Cute home, well equipped, with great outdoor space

Check in was a breeze and Josh was pleasant and very quick to respond to my couple of questions. Property was VERY WELL APPOINTED! Property was great and in a quiet location but close to the fun things in Colorado. We loved it here! We would stay here again! Also, loved the hot tub!

Perfect little farm house

I have only wonderful things to say about this property and the host! While there, towards the end of our stay I even consciously gave thought to what notes I might provide and not one came to mind. The house is in a beautiful forest location. We saw a fox, deer and fawn and so many beautiful birds. The woodpeckers would make their appearances every morning. The description of the property was spot on. We enjoyed each and every amenity! Our favorite was the patio gazebo where we spent time drinking morning coffee and having slow precious moments with our grown children and grandchildren! This home has everything you would have at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything and anything you would need for making any meal! Thank you host!

We loved our stay at Joshua’s property! It has beautiful views with plenty of wildlife. The covered patio area was perfect for when it sprinkled and the hot tub was great! 10/10 would stay here again.

With thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of the location with its convenience to Colorado Springs. The kitchen was well equipped, including cooking staples and a wide variety of spices. We appreciated the coffee, tea, and oatmeal packets provided by the host. The covered outdoor seating was a lovely bonus. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the hot tub due to inclement weather. This is where the fireplace came in handy! The setting is quiet, peaceful, and filled with songbirds. The host was quick to reply when we experienced user error with the door lock and Wi-Fi. We would definitely return for a future visit.

We wanted a peaceful location to relax and spend time with family celebrating Thanksgiving. The Colorado Country Home was perfect and just what we were looking for. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and we appreciated the coffee and snacks provided along with some of the basic cooking supplies. The home is beautifully decorated. With the fresh snow and crisp temperatures we enjoyed the hot tub and stars each night. We will definitely recommend to others. Checking in and out were easy and Joshua was always quick to respond. Thank you!

We traveled in for a wedding in Black Forest. It was a nice place conveniently located near our venue. Joshua was super responsive to all of our questions.

This property is amazing. We were worried there was no air conditioning. We left the windows cracked at night and the ceiling fans on all the time and it was very cool. We even hosted two nights with extended family over and the house stayed cool. Everyone in our family loved our stay. The location is very peaceful and good for the soul. The owners are extremely helpful and communication was great from the moment we booked and even after we left. Our daughter left some things and he helped us retrieve them. Highly recommend and will be back. The location was perfect to everything Colorado you want to experience. Thanks
