Stayed Jul 30, 2025Fourth year in a row to stay here. Fantastic location for UO/Hayward events with a large kitchen and back patio for entertaining/relaxing. Walkable to Hendricks Park and all UO buildings/events. Very clean and well appointed with everything you need for your stay.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024We loved our stay here! You can tell the owner takes pride in this property. It offered a unique floor plan - like most of the age homes in the area which worked great for our party if 5 adults. The stairs are very steep but we managed and the trade off of being so close to camps as well as having plenary of seating in the family room was worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024We stayed the weekend while our daughter was at a University of Oregon camp. The location was ideal for walking to campus, with excellent restaurant and grocery options nearby. The home was very well-equipped and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Stayed Oct 19, 2023The neighborhood and location was great for our UO Family Weekend trip. Beautiful tree-lined quiet street, adorable backyard, nice big kitchen, comfortable sitting area. The layout is a bit weird, admittedly. If you have older people, or little kids, the stairs are scary. Very steep and narrow. And the landing at the top of the stairs is a hazard. I was so worried someone would wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and go tumbling down the stairs. The bathroom upstairs (toilet and sink only) is so small, that you can brush your teeth while sitting in the toilet! Hey, multi-tasking! The bathroom downstairs is nice and big and modern, great shower. The beds were all comfortable. The house was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen essentials. We enjoyed or stay despite the wonky floor plan. We would book it again. Thanks!

Stayed Jul 4, 2023Very clean home in a charming neighborhood provided beautiful morning walks! We have stayed twice and would certainly stay again. Plenty of linens and towels, comfortable mattresses, spacious kitchen with ample cooking utensils, pots and pans. Beautiful private back patio. 10-minute walk to Hayward Field.

Stayed Jun 15, 2023Fabulous location for graduation. (we actually stayed here when we moved our son into the dorms). The home is so comfortable. I absolutely love the kitchen - so much natural light with a nice view of the backyard. The primary bedroom is comfy and spacious. The heated tile floor in the bathroom is a nice touch. Lots of space to gather family and friends. I love being able to walk to campus and restaurants and the Market of Choice is right down the street. If you are new to looking for places to stay in Eugene I highly recommend this property! It is THE place to stay!!
