Expansive lake views from the backyard and sun porch
Cozy farmhouse feel with exposed brick, hardwood floors, and fireplace
Fully stocked kitchen thatopens into a bright dining space
Private drive with convenient on-site parking
Large grassy yard with firepit, ideal for gathering or games
Prime access to wineries, trails, and the lake

Reviews from our past guests:

“Jason was a great host. Always immediately responded. The house is beautiful — we loved the front porch with a view of the lake and watched the sun rise every morning. We used the firepit every night, enjoyed the brand-new grill, free coffee bar, and breakfast basket. It was close to hiking, waterfalls, and the lovely town. A wonderful stay. Highly recommend and would stay again.” -Laura

“Spacious farmhouse with gorgeous views. Perfect for our group of 9 with a big kitchen and dining area. Loved the porch for sunrises, the firepit for evenings, and how well-stocked the house was with essentials.” -Michael

We were very pleased with our stay. Most important, it was CLEAN. The 4 bedrooms worked perfectly for our 6 adults and 4 kids under 10. The bedroom with bunks doubled as a play room with toys suitable for this age group. The laundry room toilet helped in a pinch. The living areas downstairs are all large - kitchen, eating area, and two living / sitting rooms. It was too cold during our stay to take advantage of the enclosed porch looking out over the lake but we imagine doing so with a cup of coffee or glass of wine would be very pleasant. Tons of wineries and a brewery are close by, with the village of Watkins Glen a short drive. I used the EV charger, a nice touch. Jason is very accommodating and incredibly responsive.

House was very clean, responsive host, lots of amenities, and the lake view was beautiful from the sun room. The house was nicely decorated with a very nice fireplace. There was a very strong sulfur smell to the warm water (I don’t have well water so I’m not sure if that’s normal or not) which made it difficult to shower, brush teeth, and use the water. The vineyards next door had a wildlife trap set up where a shotgun went off every 3 minutes for our entire stay even through the night. I have been in the area before and never heard it so I’m not sure if it was just the time of the year they do this.

The house was spacious and attractive and had everything we needed. It has a nice view of the lake and the location is convenient to the wineries.

Nice farmhouse with a great view. We had 7 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. Kitchen is big with an attached dining area. Front porch is nice to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening beverage. The firepit is great (would recommend removing the tree blocking the view of the lake from the firepit). Best thing is the house was well stocked with all the paper products you need (minus kleenex), garbage bags, coffee, firewood, laundry needs and soap.

The house was in a great location for all things Finger Lakes. It was large enough to accommodate 6 of us. It was very spacious overall and clean. There was a water issue while we were there, but the owner worked with us to fix it and had people come check on it. Overall, it was a great home base for us. We took advantage of the lovely enclosed porch and the fire pit. There is some road noise as the house is fairly close to Route 14, but we soon got used to it. Thanks again!

This property was an excellent option for our family. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner was very accommodating as we wanted to make corn on the cob one night and he had a brand new large pot brought to us. It was a great central location as we took day trips to Hammondsport, Penn Yan, Watkins Glen and Geneva. One family took a day trip to Ithaca.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well equipped home. Home recently changed owners and that lead to confusion prior to our arrival, but fortunately, the bumps were ironed out and Jason was the perfect host. The front porch was a favorite with comfortable seating and beautiful views.Plenty of paper products were provided, as well as soaps and shampoos. Many of the cooking items were visibly dirty and required washing prior to use, which may be common? All in all, it was a beautiful home with lots of space and we didn’t even miss the TV.

Our group had a great time at this property! The fire pit and grill made for a wonderful summer stay. It was an about a 12 min drive to the village of Watkins, but Tin Barn Brewing is practically in the back yard and other wineries close by. We were able to find local transportation to get us to the village so no one had to worry about driving! We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the house! Looks much larger than the photos showed! Jason was very responsive and welcoming as a host!
