The house was in disrepair when we arrived. There were door handles missing, furniture broken, mold and mildew in the air conditioners. When we entered the door on the first night, the screen was not there and the door frame was coming off the door. The railing going up to the living area from the entry door was loose. My husband was walking down the stairs and when he was close to the bottom, he reached onto the stair baluster and it came off (because it was not attached) and it caused him to fall causing scrapes and bruising.I contacted the host about towels and they stated they were in the closets in plastic bags. When I looked in the closets, these were large trash bags of musty towels, and some other kind of linens. Needless to say, we would not be using them. We were very disappointed because we were looking forward to using the mentioned outdoor seating area and fire pit, but these too, were in total disrepair. I did contact the host, about the stairs, and they offered to come and fix it, but by then the damage was done and we just kept the piece on the table. The house is in an excellent location and is within easy walking distance of some great places to eat. But the house itself needs a lot of work.

Property was very good: clean, comfy beds, plenty of space, kitchen very workable and adequately stocked, and great location.

Fantastic location. On a quiet street with a big yard but blocks from all the restaurants and bars in Clarendon and the metro stop. The house was comfortable and well stocked but did have a few maintenance issues. Overall it worked well for our family.

This home is in a perfect location to enjoy the vibe in Clarendon. Just a few blocks from everything you’ll want, Metro, restaurants, bars, coffee, etc. This home is older and it appears worn in places but it is so spacious and very clean. The host Rabi is very accommodating and super about communication! I enjoyed early mornings on the front porch having my coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Rabi has the house stocked with everything you would want. The house is supplied with comfy bedding, fluffy towels, utensils, plates, drip coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, and laundry room. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great neighborhood, close to restuarants, shopping, and the Metro! We did not have a car for the long weekend, but due to the proximity to Clarendon and the Metro Orange Line, we definitelyy didn't feel like we needed one. There is a Trader Joe's, ABC Store, adn CVS within walking distance as well, so it is easy to pick up any necessities during the stay. The property itself is located in a nice neighborhood, and the driveway parking is great if you have a car. The bedrooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The only things that could really use an upgrade are the bathrooms (small and cramped), but that didn't detract at all from our trip. The weather was nice enough that we enjoyed the front porch area to sit and visit. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The best part of this house was the location. It was central to many things within walking distance and it was a short walk to the Metro. The house was a challenge. Although the beds were comfortable, one bedroom was attached to the dining room with glass doors. We had to find a sheet to use to cover the doors. Two of the toilets are so close to radiators they were difficult to use without burning yourself. It was very cool downstairs and very hot upstairs. We were missing some items and contacted the owner. He responded quickly and ordered items on Amazon that were delivered the next day. It is an old house and wasn’t as comfortable as we hoped for the price, but it met our needs. One step up from camping.

This house is in a great spot, close to everything but with the charm of a quiet suburban neighborhood. The house is nice and everything was as advertised. The proximity to the metro makes it super convenient to take a trip over into DC. The host was super friendly and very responsive to all communication.
