Great property, great host, the best experience!

We enjoyed our stay at your house. It was nicely stocked with treats and coffee. The home was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was nicely groomed and we enjoyed sitting out there on your nice lawn furniture. We arrived a few hours early and our host was very nice and let us check in early. We very much appreciated that. She was so helpful. We would recommend this home to everyone.

This is the nicest rental I have stayed in in Memphis. I have been staying in Memphis for 4 years, visiting my daughter at college, so I have been there several times every year. This is my favorite

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the Pastel Cottage. The listing was accurate and I felt comfortable there, which is saying a lot for me in Memphis. We were able to travel to Mud Island easily so we could visit relatives there. There were lots of little touches which made our stay more enjoyable: a coffee bar with needed supplies and snacks, easy instructions for using Alexa, nice bath mats, and plenty of items like hangers towels, and tissue. The home was clean and spacious. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Some helpful tips for travelers. If you are a light sleeper, bring a white noise machine or use the free app on your phone or you will hear the highway traffic. This is an older home so there aren’t outlets in the bathroom. There is an extension cord in the bedroom near a full length mirror that is great for use with hair appliances. It was an easy convenient option. All in all, this was a great place to spend a few days.

Half of the stay lights was out no negotiation on how we could have a Partial refund or credit

The cottage was a perfect size for a couple or a couple with small children. The house was as described and for the most part had everything you needed for a short stay. The kitchen breakfast bar was a great touch and enough to get you thru your first morning til you have time to shop. The chocolates and the check in process were awesome. My only things that could have been better were beyond the owners control like light water pressure in the shower and a lot of road noise in the back yard. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was ample for our needs and central to everywhere we wanted to go. Alexa in the living room was a little bonkers… she kept turning the lights on and off randomly. But we just kept laughing about it. ItKept Things interesting.

The host was responsive. The cottage was clean and cozy. Only issue I had was the remote in the living room didn’t seem to be functioning which wasn’t a deal breaker. The neighborhood is peaceful. It’s near a lot of stuff like Kroger and food places. Great stay, will stay again!

We had an amazing time staying at the Pastel Cottage! The house was very welcoming with lots of towels, blankets, a great kitchen and an Alexa. Great location to Shelby Farms and the Airport. We would stay here again! Loved it!! Thank you

The house was awesome! Fully stocked kitchen with all the needed supplies. Easy check in and check out, lock access and directions for the house. We definitely enjoyed our stay and how welcoming Pastel Cottage was!

This property was clean, had a great yard, close to our family and communication was wonderful. If we need a place in the future, we will definitely stay again.

First time visiting Memphis. Very close to town. Quiet neighborhood just off the beaten path. Owner very responsive. If we come back, I'd definitely consider staying there again.

Nice clean place

We were so happy to be able to return to this property. We've stayed there a few years ago and it happened to be available for a last minute emergency trip this week. Communication was fantastic, the house is very clean n all good things!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Laura was great to communicate with and if we needed anything, she quickly responded and helped us. We had a great stay and trip in Memphis.

Had a great stay

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Communication with the property manager was ten times better than anywhere else my family and I have stayed. They made sure we had everything we needed, and then some. The home was clean and cozy. I would recommend this to anyone I know should they want to stay in Memphis.

We brought my mom for a few days to visit Graceland. The house was perfect, very inviting. We had everything we needed and plenty of room. We did not cook while we were there, but the kitchen had everything we would have needed. Loved the coffee bar! I only gave the location 4 stars because there is some road noise from the highway. We were able to get everywhere we needed in about 15 minutes and the neighborhood itself was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
