Your Carolina Cottage - Charming and close to everything

Very clean and cute house. Had everything we needed for our family of 5. Fully stocked kitchen and nice washer/dryer. It is a few miles outside of town but easy to get to town. Really neat park nearby that had a playground, ponds, and hiking trails along The Swannanoa River. We even saw a bear in the yard the 2nd morning of our stay! Definitely recommend The Carolina Cottage!

Extremely well maintained property far enough away from Asheville to avoid the noise and traffic, but close enough to find everything you need. Perfect for families wishing to enjoy the blue ridge mountains. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for 5 of us ( Wife, Son, Daughter in law, grandson). Everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend.

This house was amazing. It was so quiet and relaxing. There were plenty of beds for everyone. They were very comfortable. This house has everything you need from travel shampoo & soap to toilet paper & trash bags. House was close to everything including a starbucks inside of Ingles grocery store. (FYI Ingles salad bar & deli is amazing). We will definitely stay here again if in the Asheville area.

This place was perfect for our group of four adults. It had three bedrooms (four beds), two bathrooms, a small kitchen, and outdoor seating, which gave us plenty of space to spread out.The AC worked well, the refrigerator was a good size, and we appreciated having a Keurig with both carafe and K-Cup options. There was even ice waiting in the freezer when we arrived.The beds were comfortable, although if you're particular about pillows, you may want to bring your own since most of the pillows seemed similar.We had a small issue at check-in because the door code wasn't correct, but it was resolved within a couple of minutes and didn't impact our stay at all.The location was convenient to both Black Mountain and Asheville. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.

Great place to stay for a quick trip!

There was plenty of amenities like coffee, sugar, creamer, paper towels, tissue paper and soap. The only thing I would like to have seen was solar powered lights close to the end of the drive way so you could see it at night time. It was a nice cozy cottage that is close to the Biltmore. We will stay there again if we decide to revisit the Biltmore.

All good…might I suggest more kitchen utensils…wooden spoon or something similar?

Property was pet friendly. Meal times were a little difficult. Sleeping quarters for 6 but seating at table for 4. House is very homey and we loved it.

House was perfect for our needs. We had 4 kids. Kitchen set up was functional and just right. Loved having the porch right off the kitchen for extra seating. Two bathrooms were also great for 6 people. Beds and furniture were comfortable.

The house was very clean, comfortable and inviting.

Everything from the Host to the amenities were wonderful!

Wonderfully clean and nicely appointed. Check in was easy and provided in ample time prior to our trup.

The cottage is comfortable and has all the amenities. caretakers are friendly and reliable. It fits our needs perfectly and will probably stay there again.

Cozy house just 1.5 miles from Warren Wilson provided a quick retreat from the heat of the afternoon. Quiet neighborhood, with lots of singing birds in the am.
