This fantastic location and amenities served as our hub for all things La Jolla, PB, and downtown. Simply a few minutes' walk to an amazing stretch of beaches as well as restaurants, grocery, and coffee house. Host communication was timely and top-notch. This wonderful cottage was the perfect place for our family’s beach getaway. Very clean and close to the beach. A short walk to have our toes in the sand. Quiet at night and centrally placed in an amazing neighborhood. We will come back to this vacation rental for our getaways on a regular basis. Absolutely awesome!

This little bungalow was perfect for two people. The location is walkable to many restaurants, the beach, coffee shops, groceries, the seals. It is also well situated for driving and sightseeing both North along the coast and south into San Diego. Definitely worth a return visit.

Loved our time spent at Kayadon! This is the second time we have stayed at this adorable property. It is the perfect beach cottage in La Jolla. Love the location for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The owner and property management are easy to communicate with. The owner thought of everything one could need for a lovely getaway. And to put the cherry on top they allow dogs!!! Perfection!

The cottage was very clean and very comfortable. The house has been renovated; very nicely done. It is close to quite a few eateries and a grocery store. We were able to take a short walk to the beach.

This cottage is nothing short of magical: a brief walk to the beach where you can watch surfers or toss a ball for your dog; access to a fun and lively downtown; a short drive to the cove, with its beauty and active sea lion population; and the calm serenity of a beach night after any San Diego city excursions you may make. This was our hope when we booked this cottage, and it did not disappoint. What exceeded our expectations was the well-appointed nature of every room. We did not lack for kitchen utensils or supplies, soaps and plenty of towels were provided, and the place smelled and felt clean. Thank you, Terri (and Michael), for sharing your cottage with us! We would rent this again in a heartbeat.

Such a lovely cottage! Everything you need, neat as a pin, comfy, and just perfect for a small group. So much around to walk to. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I stayed for three nights, and our visit was perfect in every way! The cottage is beautifully appointed with comfy beds, a quiet neighborhood and a kitchen well-equipped for cooking. We definitely hope to return.
