You Can Walk To The Beach!

My only one suggestion might be a flashlight, which I should have a flashlight of my own, but I couldn’t find a flashlight one night when I had locked my keys in my car everything else was top-notch. The place was just excellent all of the amenities, the comfort and the beauty of the house just amazing. It was so adorable and so welcoming and homie.

Super happy with our stay. Teri/Michael were superAwesome and quick to answer questions. Kitchen was good size and well equipped. Beds and couch were very comfy. Smart TV’s were easy to use. We brought our small dog and I appreciated the turf and fenced front area. The beach was super close and such a beautiful place to unwind.

This place is amazing!!! Always clean, and a friendly owner and manager. We will always come back here.

The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking the few blocks to a beautiful beach, having Torrey Pines so close as well as a few options for pickleball play. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and Terri was a great host. We enjoyed Bird Rock, Pacific Beach and the coffee at Immersion. We'll be back!

This fantastic location and amenities served as our hub for all things La Jolla, PB, and downtown. Simply a few minutes' walk to an amazing stretch of beaches as well as restaurants, grocery, and coffee house. Host communication was timely and top-notch. Already planning our return visit in the Spring and hope to book again! Thank you.

Clean property, great location. Responsive host and property manager. Lots to do within walking distance including beautiful sunsets at Windansea Beach. Look forward to visiting again in the future!

This wonderful cottage was the perfect place for our family’s beach getaway. Very clean and close to the beach. A short walk to have our toes in the sand. Quiet at night and centrally placed in an amazing neighborhood. We will come back to this vacation rental for our getaways on a regular basis. Absolutely awesome!

Wonderful stay!! Perfect location and the home is perfect. Everything you could possibly need or want and the most comfortable beds. We live in Riverside but enjoy staycationing in San Diego area and we have found our place for sure. Thanks Terri and Michael for a great stay!

This little bungalow was perfect for two people. The location is walkable to many restaurants, the beach, coffee shops, groceries, the seals. It is also well situated for driving and sightseeing both North along the coast and south into San Diego. Definitely worth a return visit.

Loved our time spent at Kayadon! This is the second time we have stayed at this adorable property. It is the perfect beach cottage in La Jolla. Love the location for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The owner and property management are easy to communicate with. The owner thought of everything one could need for a lovely getaway. And to put the cherry on top they allow dogs!!! Perfection!

The cottage was very clean and very comfortable. The house has been renovated; very nicely done. It is close to quite a few eateries and a grocery store. We were able to take a short walk to the beach.
