For local attractions there is Babbacombe Model Village, Riverdart Country Park and Woodlands Leisure Park, each situated close by. Alternatively, Torquay can be found within 4 miles, where you explore the array of wonderful beaches, a colourful marina, theatre entertainment and restaurants. Closer to home is the seaside town of Paignton, where younger visitors will be delighted with Paignton Zoo, Splashdown Quaywest Waterpark and the sandy beach with a wonderful pier. Marldon is a delightful base, ideal for exploring the surrounding area.
