Windansea Beach House is part of a duplex that has been completely renovated both inside and out.

The Beach House is a two-bedroom, one bath home that sits just blocks from the famous Windansea Beach.

Pulling up to the duplex, Windansea Beach House is located on the left-hand side with a very large tandem driveway to the right adjacent to the neighboring cottage, native garden and private front patio.

Once inside through the Ocean Blue front door you will be delighted by the warmth and modern feel of the unit.

The living room has a comfortable, full size sofa sleeper, Smart TV and dining area for 4.

The kitchen which has been fully renovated comes complete with dishwasher and all new appliances.

There is also a breakfast bar for a quick meal or the perfect place for a glass of wine while chatting with the cook!

The Primary bedroom features a King size bed with Smart TV and plenty of closet space.

The Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, Smart TV and again, plenty of closet space.

The bathroom with its beautiful blue tile in the walk-in shower, is modern, clean and very chic.

The piece de resistance is the back yard with outdoor kitchen.

Plenty of comfortable seating, a fire pit and lots of privacy for summer bbq’s.

For sports fans, there is a Smart Tv outside, a bar and plenty of coverage from the sun.

The rocky shore of Windansea Beach is perhaps best known for its beautiful scenery and surf breaks created by underwater reefs.

Stroll down to the white sand beaches and lay out in front of the sandstone rocks for a relaxing day at the beach.

If you feel like a short 15-minute walk you can find yourself in the heart of La Jolla Village amongst some of the finest restaurants San Diego has to offer as well as boutiques, galleries, yoga studios and coffee shops.

Windansea Beach House is a place you will want to return to year after year.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 6. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Sleeps 4 in beds and there is a pull-out sofa in the living room.



This home is part of a duplex. You have 1 shared common wall with the adjoining 1 bedroom cottage. Each unit has their own private yard area and entrance.



This home is pet friendly.



For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes - left to bark or be disruptive to neighbors. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.



There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays you can inquire about our flat weekly and monthly rates.



This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am.



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep.     My husband and I stayed at this property for a week in January. It is a 7 min walk to a beautiful beach and shops and restaurants are also close by. The house was immaculate and the kitchen as very well stocked. The outdoor space is very cozy and beautiful Really appreciated the extras - especially the high quality hair dryer and flat iron.
