Whispering Palms - Pet Friendly. Private Pool. Screened Porch Walk to Beach

This was our second visit to Whispering Palms, and we absolutely love this house!!! So much character with the vintage feel mixed with gorgeous, chic, and whimsical decor! We spent so much time on the screen in porches just enjoying the beautiful fall weather and sight and sounds of Tybee. Perfect location with one block to sunset beaches and so close to the 17th street beach entrance. Beautiful fenced in corner lot with gorgeous foliage and gazebo with tons of seating areas. The Mermaid property staff are so professional and showed exceptional hospitality. We felt welcomed from the beginning! Can’t say enough, always sad to leave Tybee!

I highly recommend renting through Mermaid Cottages! The mermaids went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was amazing… and it was!

The Home was spacious for everyone to have their own space, bedroom and bath. The screened porch breezes were enjoyed in the late evenings and rain. The pool was an added attraction to the amazing outdoors. The kitchen was the best stocked ever! The short walk to beach and location to restaurants excellent! Pets enjoyed their stay too. Very comfortable and as usual with Mermaid houses, so well decorated. Porches and outside area (with pool, fire pit, and gazebo seating area) was were we spent most of our non-beach time. House is close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants - all easy walking distance. Would rent again for sure!!

This house was perfect for our weekend girls trip! The corner lot was quiet and cozy. There was plenty of room for everyone and perfect location. We were able to walk to downtown for dinners and the beach was so close and easily accessible! The property manager was very sweet and just a text away! 15/10 will stay again

The rooms were very comfortable With amable Space, the Kitchen was well stocked, we especially loved sitting on the patio for our morning coffee. The Neighborhood was Nice and quiet and walking distance to the beach and restaurantes. We all agreed that we definitely come back and with The southern hospitality , it was a win win 💕🙌🏼

It has a great outdoor area with a pool and firepit where we spent most of our time. Numerous porches were very cool also. This house is in a great location you can easily walk to the shops, beach, or restaurants. You can see the sunrise on the beach or the sunset on the inlet, it was perfect!

The fenced in yard with pool was beautiful, two screen porches to use during the day of rain and a large, kitchen/dining area to cook and eat in was perfect. We walked to the beach everyday and also enjoyed several sunsets at another walkable beach. All in all I have NO cons to say about this rental except not a fan of charcoal grilling. We plan on returning in the future.

We were extremely pleased with the overall cleanliness of the home, and the Customer Sevice provided by mermaid cottages.
