Our cottage is located on the Wells Harbor beach with private access to the Webhannet River and across the street from the Wells public beaches. This is a great place for kayaking or just relaxing on your boat or sitting on the deck enjoying beautiful sunsets.

Stayed Sep 7, 2024An adorable beach house with cozy cottage vibes and an amazing location. The highlight was finally finding an inviting host for my dogs. They loved running in the backyard bay and lounging on the large attached deck. Roomy enough to have my parents and siblings with us, a full house but we never felt crowded. We hope to return again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great with a great view and just few minutes walk from Wells Beach. The best part is that your are on the side of the bay which for us was perfect when you want a quieter environment. Magnificient view over the bay, gorgeous sunsets.
