Wells Beach Cottage w/ Pool Access ~ 1 Mi to Coast

Wonderful and Clean! Everything was exactly as advertised. This is our third stay at a Beach Dreams property and we were very pleased with this particular home.

There was everything we needed at the cottage. I didn’t realize that even beach gear was going to be there. We fit our family of 5 comfortably for 4 nights by using one of the pull-outs and managed the sheet washing situation at check-out by bringing our own. So easy. Very comfortable and clean and organized. Probably the best spot in the Beach Dreams community if you have a family as it’s very close to the pool and clubhouse but set back enough that it’s quiet. Easy parking on the pavement so less tracking in sand/dirt. I’d stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family of four (2 teens) and gave us some room to spread out. The gated community was very nice, quiet and well kept. The house was very comfortable and we loved the beach and relaxation vibes. Convenient location to the beaches but also Wells, Ogunquit, York and Kennebunkport! Thank you!

This cottage is in a quite gated community. it was nicely decorated and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this cute little cottage again!

The cottage was exactly as described. The owner was very resposive when we had a question. The community was terrific...mid week in September is an awesome time to visit. Hope to make this an annual event.

This house was just the right size for our small family. We used the solarium as a playroom and had a wonderful stroll on the grounds. Would love to go back again next year to the same house! Bed were super.confortable too!

Home was quaint, well equipped and maintained. The location was very convenient to all of the beaches, shops, and restaurants we enjoy visiting when coming to Maine. The home is perfect for a small family and being in a gated community was very nice. Very quiet and well maintained properties within the community.

We liked the property. The pool was perfect and the cottage was lovely. We would suggest a fan in the three season room. It was uncomfortably hot in there so we bought a fan in order to be able to use it. We have stayed at many VRBO or AirB&B properties and have never had to wash the sheets and towels that we used. This really put a damper on the ending to our vacation. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. We were asked to replace anything that we used up such as dish liquid, toilet paper etc. in order for the next guests to have these supplies. Again, this was unusual. The location is perfect as you are close to both Wells beach and Ogunquit. Check in was easy.

We did have a small issue checking in (partly my fault) but the owner was quick to respond and sorted everything out. Make sure to E mail before arrival. The cottage is in a great area and the complex is lovely. We sat by the pool for an afternoon and we were the only ones there for a while. My only minor criticism would be the lack of storage in the 2nd bedroom- there is nowhere to hang clothes and one of the drawers was missing. Also we had to look through the drawers to find the bedding for the main bed as none of the beds were made. Not a big deal though and I would definitely recommend this cottage and would stay here again if we were in the area.
