Enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Amenities was great. Nice pool and lake area.
Beautiful place, beautiful location, moldy and so dissapointing.
Nice place
Our stay started off with us having to call in for check-in information, which was odd for us because we have stayed in numerous VRBO rentals and check in communication has always been provided through the app. Upon entering the home, it appeared cleaned. We would have loved to enjoy porch area more, but it was covered in ants. We swept off the expected tree debris, but ants were hard to get rid of. Our first night there we discovered that the air conditioner wasn't cooling, so we called in to report. We were given a time that someone was supposed to come Monday, then Tuesday. We stayed around for a few hours Tuesday morning thinking someone would come by, but no one came or called and by Wednesday we were told no one was coming. We decided to go the the pool our first night there and realized that we had not been provided the QR code required to access the pool nor were we provided the code to access the game room. Called, and messaged again. We were given the QR code finally through email, but the incorrect code for the game room. We made multiple attempts to get the correct code and we NEVER received it. Overall this a nice family friendly place to stay, but the management company ruined it. You have to call an Oregon phone number and wait for long holds before you finally reach someone. The only thing they would tell us each and every time we had to reach out was they were so sorry for the inconvenience.
The o side was very clean, outside could use a bit of blowing
