Stayed Oct 6, 2025We chose the property as it was dog friendly. The property was clean and comfortable . We had a bit of a problem with the bath/shower as there was no non-slip mat. Comfy bed which is always a good nights sleep. We had a bit of a problem with the Wi-Fi with a man on the phone being derogatory A nice woman came to help and sorted it out.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024The property was ok , the area is a short drive from filey. The walk to the beach is not so easily accessible for everyone as it down a steep hill. The onsite facilities are expensive even for a captive demograph.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Well equipped, clean and comfortable property. Brilliant beach and a great base for exploring the local area. First class customer service from Anchor Bay holidays. Will definitely use again and re-visit the resort.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was clean, homely, comfortable & had everything we needed - can’t fault it at all. Communication great with regard to booking. Beach at Filey is gorgeous. A very quiet, peaceful location with some nice walks.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Immaculately kept property. 5 minute walk to all the amenities, with its own parking space outside the front door. Great to have a dog friendly pub on site too. Highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a lovely time at Waves @ The Bay, well equipped everything we needed for our stay. Facilities at the bay are great, access to the beach. Only issue upstairs could get very warm, no key for the window in the room that the boiler cupboard was in even with the radiator turned off it was far too warm in that room
