Waterfront Cozy Cottage On Cow Creek With Dock, Canoe, Kayaks, Fishing

I liked the peace and quiet of the location, the option to fish and kayaking, it was fun. Only thing was the AC, there's no ac in the bedroom and it could get hot at night to sleep, there's only a unit on the wall in the dinning area but is not enough to cool the bedroom, we had to use a standing fan by the door to blow some of the cool air from the dining area to the bedroom, other than that everything was awesome, Chuck and Nancy were very kind and hospitable.

We had a blast! Relaxing long weekend on the water.

This cozy cottage has a vibrant nostalgia. The serene setting is amazing. We felt at home and relaxed.Watching the wild life and venturing out on a conoe (we ain't experts on canoes) but had so much fun on the creek. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. This is truly a spiritual place for everyone.

The host was very accommodating. There was everything you could need. Lots of kayaks, paddles, fishing poles etc. A nice grill. The cottage was clean and the location is perfect with many restaurants with live music! Just a close drive and even walking distance! Thank you

We enjoyed our two night stay in this cottage very much. It was clean and comfortable, and the location was so peaceful. We explored Cow Creek by canoe and were able to interact with manatees, which was especially rewarding. We will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Lovely place with a wonderful view. Lots of fish and wild life, dolphins and manatees, a wide variety of birds. The host were wonderful. Close to golf courses if you golf and close to the gulf if you fish.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The cottage was spotless and had everything you could imagine to need or want including coffee. This was a much needed relaxing time away from home. Sitting on the dock or lanai was both restful and a fun experience watching the wildlife. Just a short canoe ride down the creek were many manatees to enjoy.

The cottage was perfect!! The cottage was clean and very comfortable. The hosts were very pleasant and gave good reliable information about the surrounding area.the scenery was beautiful. It was a calm relaxing atmosphere. Hope to return!

From the start Chuck and Jarry were helpful and friendly. Chuck even called to make sure my husband had a way to watch the Superbowl! This little cottage was adorned with manatees! I love the critters and our first night we watched a few swim by. Then the dolphin sw by to say Hi. Great layout. Comfy bed. Nice floating dock to catch some sun and fish. The lanai was great in late afternoon as a shady respite from the sun. We watched all the local birds, ducks, you name it. The mullet jumped all over and we had a good laugh as they reminded us of the asian carp we have in Illinois. Fully equipped kitchen was awesome. This place was so good we are coming back in the future. Within an hour drive to Weeki Wachee..check out the Upper Deck Cafe near there..watch the manatees swim down the river. Tarpon springs is a quick drive and worth visiting.We didn't get a chance to kayak..maybe next time..thanks Chuck and Jarry for a great time!

Great location to see manatees

Had everything we needed and more! Walking distance to restaurants, fishing, even touched manatees on our canoe float. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice cottage, Chuck and Jarry are great. Fishing and Kayaking were fun. Great neighborhood bars and restaurants. Will be back again!!

The cottage was cozy and comfortable, with a great scenic view of the water. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, and gave us lots of tips for different local places to visit. It was a fun, relaxing weekend and we can't to go back!

It was clean, host were great, kitchen was fully equipped and we found lots of shops and restaurants near by. The host gave good information about restaurants etc.

Chuck and Jarry were very professional and exceeded hospitality. Enjoyed our stay in our cottage and exploring the waterways with the canoe they supplied. Cottage was clean and we will be back in the near future.

Had a wonderful stay. We even caught some nice Sheepshead off the dock. Great accommodations convenient to just about everything.

My son and I were so happy to find a place that met all of our needs. We enjoyed our kayak rides on the canal and found the Cow Creek Cottage to be cozy and inviting. It’s location close to Rt 19 made exploring the area very easy. It was perfect for our short visit and we wished we could have stayed longer as the area has much to offer.

Really enjoyed our stay in Hudson. Could not have ask for better host. This town is very friendly.

Relaxing place to unwind. Friendly hosts provided everything needed to be comfortable in a cute bungalow for an old Florida experience. Comfortable bed & plenty of kitchen supplies.Little bit of traffic noise & AC unit but not bad. If light sleeper then maybe bring ear plugs. Would recomend

This place was great! It was very private & peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the canal. We even saw a couple of Manatees that were heading back from the springs. Kayaking around the canal and out to the gulf was great as well! Our only regret was not staying longer!!

Nice cottage on the water. Has all the essentials plus more. Relax, fish, and watch the wildlife or explore more with the kayaks on site. Beautiful night sky. Hosts are nearby if needed, yet it feels private.

This was such a relaxing vacation! Cottage was clean and comfy. My husband and I enjoyed the fishing from the dock. My husband enjoyed fishing on Cow Creek. Jarry and Chuck were awesome hosts and really did everything to make our stay wonderful. Definitely a place we would back to.

This was my second stay and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. I heard a pair of owls hooting to each other one morning.

Good location for seeing several areas in Florida. You’re an hour to hour and a half away from tons of stuff to do; or you can sit and relax at the cottage on the canal and fish or take a canoe/kayak ride. A little bar with live music was walking distance away.

Lovely and quiet place to be. We were close to all we wanted to do. We went to the Dali Museum in St.Petersburg

We just returned from one of our most relaxing vacations ever after spending two weeks at the Cottage on Cow Creek. The cottage itself was cozy and had all the comforts of home. Add to that the fantastic views from the back porch and dock, not to mention our perfectly lovely, thoughtful, and responsive hosts, Chuck and Jarry, and we have not a single complaint (except that the trip ended all too soon). We are already trying to find a time when we might be able to return. Highly recommended if you are looking for a peaceful getaway and a place to unwind and recharge, the ability to cook your own meals if you so desire, and kayaks/canoes on site for your use if you're the adventurous type and want to get out on the water and look for manatees or other wildlife. A quick trip from Tampa International Airport with plenty of places nearby for shopping, dining and other adventures. A winner for sure!! Five stars in our book.
