This was for our 8th annual girls weekend. Such a lovely property and home. We had 7 women and we were very comfortable with the space. Retro kitchen was very well stocked although we did not prepare meals here you had all that was needed. Not enough word space to describe the dock and the view from it. Would have liked a better view out of the windows to the water but did not detract from our stay. The path down to the house was a little steep for someone with a cane, but manageable. Solo fire pit by house was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommend this home.

The place was great. We attended a wedding at absolute breeze event center and it was a quick drive.

Beautiful home on the St Lawrence River. Amazing huge deck to view the loons, swans, ducks & geese. 5 bedrooms & 2 baths were perfect for my family of 8 people with a long dining table so we could all sit down together. Owner was very responsive for extra water and trash removal. Close to lots of activities including an Alpaca farm!

We stayed 4 nights with friends visiting from Belgium. Great location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. The views were wonderful especially from the rooftop deck above the boathouse. In spite of the weather we had a great time. A few more kitchen towels were needed. The drains in both showers were very slow! It would be nice to have a dresser in each bedroom.

Lost internet on second day so no tv or cell service at rental. Views of seaway obstructed by trees.

We had a 2 night stay at this property. The riverside deck is amazing. Overall it met our needs, but any longer would have been hard. First concern: Laundry. For 400 a night, there really should be an electric washer and electric dryer at this property. I say electric since the dryer listed on the comp is literally a wooden folding clothing rack in front of a heating vent- ?? Second concern: The master bed is not level. This makes sleeping hard Third concern: Lighting is needed for the stairs leading down to the deck This is a nice house with a great view that you should visit if you do not need a long stay.

We had an amazing time staying at this home. It is situated in a private setting and has picturesque views. It was beautiful. It is located close to stores and sight seeing opportunities. We loved having our morning coffee on the gorgeous and spacious deck and watching the large ships go by. We had extended family in town with us from The Netherlands and we made wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this home to anyone. It was great.

Tucked away on a private road the property offered everything listed and more. Clean and comfortable for our family of ten over the stay. The weather was unfortunately awful which prevented much use of the outdoor deck and fishing but we were able to cook out and enjoy the ample space inside as well as make quick trips for dinner and breakfast in Clayton and Alex Bay given their close proximity to the house. Only 1 issue was experienced during the stay which was the a/c unit not working in the master bedroom which I reached out to the property manager and they said they would have it looked at. Besides that we can’t wait to return to enjoy this property next year when hopefully Mother Nature cooperates better. Thanks from our entire family for a wonderful week together!

My friends and I had a great time visiting the cottage. The house has beautiful views and is only a few steps away from a dock that is perfect for lounging and enjoying the sunshine. We experienced two minor issues: both showers filled up with pools of water when in use and we did not realize that only 2/5 bedrooms were air conditioned, leaving many of us quite warm at night.

The temperature was in the 90’s with high, unhealthy humidity. Only one working portable Air conditioner leaving us sweltering and difficult to sleep. One towel per person with no dish towels or bathroom hand towels and no washer/dryer was highly inconvenient. NO shades on windows was hard to sleep past day break. Would have been a nice view but too many trees blocked. Open staircase was scary and I find it hard to believe it is up to code. No wifi topped off the inconveniences.

We had a great time. The property was well equipped. There were 7 of us & we had plenty of room. The bedrooms were very comfortable. There weren't closets in all the bedrooms but there were hooks . The one downside was the entrance to the property. It was 2 long sets of stone steps with no railing. It was quite difficult to get up and down the steps.
